Our serene studio is a welcoming & cosy home away from home. Independent from our main house with its own entry & off-street parking , the open plan living area includes a full kitchen and opens onto a private outdoor setting with BBQ. Décor is modern with natural colours and the woodburner makes your stay comfortable all year round. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with ensuite and in the morning you can listen to the birds while supping on a complimentary tea, coffee or hot choc.

This adorable and very warm winter cabin, with stunning views and spa, is part of our 25-acre property, located behind The Lookout Lodge, at the manager's residence. This rustic, cute cabin has a queen bed, and a separate private bathroom with an outside hot shower house just next to the cabin. There is also a private spa where you can enjoy amazing star gazing as you soak! You’ll love this cabin because of its unique location, awesome shower, stunning scenery, and taste of kiwi farm life.

Close to Lake walks,bike tracks,fishing,supermarket, cafe,takeaway,garage. 15 mins to wanaka shops an eateries. Responsible dog owners welcome on approval. Owners house on site with 3 sociable terriers.

Self contained, the apartment is very quiet, close to town, 2.3km from town centre (25 min walk or 5 min drive), private entrance. Base camp, Cardrona Corner is just a two min walk , fancy popping out for a drink, snack/small meal/movie. Cardrona/TC ski fields 25 mins away. Come and enjoy!

The Chalet is located high on Mount Iron and offers magnificent views of Lake Wanaka and the surrounding mountains. Set in trees, it is private and peaceful, accessed by a guest lift which will carry you and your bags up the hill. Driftwood has been lovingly hand built by the owners with artisan touches. Furnished for your comfort with a luxurious King bed. On the deck there's a large 2 person sized hot bath (no jets) with views to the mountains for your relaxation .

This separate ensuite unit is part of a brand new house. You have your own private access from the sliding door of your personal outdoor space. The room itself is light bright and airy with high quality furnishings, feather duvet and pillows and Egyptian cotton towels. It is a large space with plush armchairs for lounging and a breakfast table as well as outdoor seating.There is a heat pump to keep you cozy in the winter months, Smart TV with Netflix and WIFI.
