Located within a minutes walk to the lake and walking tracks. Our one bedroom apartment offers lake views and a sunny retreat. An easy walk into town along the lakes edge. Fig Tree House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in Albert Town near the Clutha river, it is a 2 minute walk to the Patisserie, Four Square shop, Pub and Takeaways, with a great swimming hole a 5 minute stroll from home. The home has a sunny sheltered deck and I am often on hand for any tips and tricks, as I have moved into my back yard garden. There are two bikes and two kayaks available for use as well. We have cycle tracks in all directions to explore the surrounds.

Close to the centre of Wanaka (5 minute drive/10-20min walk and just a few minutes to the lake, Lismore park is across the road for frisbee golf.. and world class mountain bike tracks almost on your doorstep. This house has privacy, gets lots of sun and a new interior design fitout!. Alfresco dining and views to the mountains. Space for 1 or 2 families or a group of friends, family friendly!

It is built with sips panels (Structurally insulated panels) , with double glazing , so is warm in the winter and cool in the summer and has plenty of choices of heating or cooling. On the back of the tiny house is a deck , on which you can enjoy a cold drink. The nearby trees loose their leaves in winter which allows the sun to shine in and they provide shade in the summer
