Holiday houses in Walnut Grove

This was a great place to stay for a weekend peaceful nature filled get away. They provide such wonderful amenities and activities. They have thought through every detail to make it all nicely come together.

WOW!!!! We travel to Dalton Ga 4-5 times a year and always say we’re going to stop one night in Mentone. Well we finally did and we are soo happy we chose the Birch Perch!!!! This place is ABSOLUTELY beautiful and it’s soo serene. Clean, Comfortable and the bed was wonderful!!! We was only there for a night but was able to chase a few waterfalls, eat at The Wildflower for dinner(a must) and breakfast at The Hatter (another must). We can’t wait to plan a trip back to spend a few days!!!

Beautiful home! Perfect for a weekend with family and close friends. We loved that the home was walkable to the top of Desoto Falls but also only a short hike to the bottom view via trail. The loft and top rooms were magical and absolutely perfect for our tween kids and us parents loved the screened porch and outdoor firepit. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us. We also appreciated how clean it was and the basket of welcome snacks. Five stars!

Our stay was great! The patio and backyard were beautiful and peaceful. The house was comfortable and had great space for the 2 of us.

Best Time Ever at Whimsical Waterfall Cabin! We had the best time staying at the Whimsical Waterfall Cabin on Blueberry Falls Farm! It was perfect for me, my mom, and my three kids — super comfortable with everything we needed. The cabin was absolutely adorable, with plenty of room for everyone. The kids especially loved the loft, hot tub, waterfall, and the awesome game room (they didn’t want to leave!). They also had a blast with the PS5, and we all enjoyed the beautiful, peaceful scenery surrounding the cabin. The location was perfect too — close to the charming town of Mentone and lots of fun activities in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Sunset cottage! We came for a quick work trip and house hunting. It was perfect for our family of 3. They have thoughtful accommodations throughout, even extra dog food bowls! Definitely recommend this stay!

Very nice cabin on the Brow. One thing I look for in a cabin rental is a wood burning fireplace. Gas logs are becoming commonplace in rentals, but nothing beats a real fire. The fireplace draws nicely, and including firewood for the stay is a nice feature. Although there was fog and rainy weather the entirety of my stay, I can imagine the views are very nice, especially in winter. Host was very communicative, instructions were clear, and I had no reason to reach out with questions or requests.

Desiree's home was immaculate and the setting was breathtaking. The view from the back porch is like none other. You're so high up, the hawks and other birds soaring are on your level or even below you. There's also other wildlife like deer and turkey. The bed was super comfy, even for me with all my health issues. It took a bit to get the house cooled down when I first got there, but then it was super comfortable. I loved it so much I will definitely be back (and my parents have asked me all about it and are planning to visit too). This was a perfect location for my solo writer's retreat and I got lots of writing done when I wasn't busy enjoying the view.

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was very neat and the hot tub was a great bonus. Also, the whole area is private and cozy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Claudia did a great job of staying in touch with us when needed.
