This condo is on the beach with an amazing rooftop deck with pool/hot tub and bartender!! There is no direct access to beach as we are in a protective zone, but the beach is just a 2 min walk around the building/block. Best views in Playa Del Carmen! Prime location close to the beach and a few blocks from 5th avenue. Full access to all amenities including roof top pool and hot tub, wifi in lobby and work area and full gym with ocean views. Free parking under building, gated and safe/secure.

Cool and modern studio , on the roof top floor, in the exclusive hotel zone, besides Hyatt Vivid and Wyndham Alltra. Walk to 5th Av. Incredible view of the sea, fresh breeze, and spectacular terrace with private tub (not heated) overlooking the sea. You would love the place! Studio is ideal for couples Jacuzzi outside is completely private for your enjoyment. Water is not heated, its ambient temp. To access you have to walk stairs (16 steps) to access, its not for people with incapacities

Your home away from home. Enjoy our lovely home, that with much love and sacrifice, Laura and I, have put together for you to enjoy and feel like you are home. We are 2 blocks away from 5ta avenida, 4 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from playa’s favorite taqueria-Fogón, and across the street from a major super market. Basically, everything is within a 5-10 minute walk. Mamitas beach is a 15-20 min walk Palmares is a new constructed building, with 24 hour security, two shared roof top lounges.

The place has just renovated, news sheets and towels, large smart TV, all the AC are new, new refrigerator, new dining table, new couch, new design! I have few apartments in the same building, in case that you come with a big group. Ocean front, next to 12th street (bars street) and steps away from the 5th av. were you’ll find restaurants, bars and shops. The building has a direct access to the beach.
