Charming Vermont Schoolhouse

RobinRating, 5 stars1 day ago
My husband and I absolutely loved staying at Scott’s beautifully remodeled Schoolhouse. Scott was super responsive and very flexible for our arrival. Upon arrival the we were pleasantly surprised and greeted by a very friendly Rooster! We also loved how spotless and immaculate the entire house was. We loved the spaciousness and we felt right at home. Bed was super comfortable and Scott and his wife had thought of every possible little thing that you might need in the bathroom. We also had a welcome basket of goodies that we really enjoyed. I highly recommend that you book this place! You will not be disappointed. In fact we have already booked it for a return trip in August. We loved the large windows and decor of the home. You can tell that they put a lot of thought into making this a comfortable and relaxing space. Kitchen was also well appointed. Location was very quiet and peaceful. This place is top notch!

Idyllic Wallingford Retreat - Near Skiing & Hiking

MicahRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Spotlessly clean space in the most incredibly charming town. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay and went above and beyond. Would highly recommend this stay to others. It minutes from a market with great made to order pizza, coffee shop is right there as well, and dinner at The Victorian Inn, also walking distance, was fantastic too.

Breathtaking VT Getaway

KerryRating, 5 stars3 months ago
House and location - the house is beautiful and the view from the backyard is amazing. The location was as described. It was also great that the host shared that the cell service around the house is poor. Amenities - the amenities were great. We cooked while we stayed and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything we could possibly need. Including things like serving platters and bowls. It was also great that the fireplace was useable and stocked with wood. Extra - it snowed like crazy when we stayed. Having the plow service helped us in the driveway greatly! One edit to the listing - Belmont General Store was closed when we stayed.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The place was nice and clean and quiet, perfectly organised and thought through. Karen was a welcoming, friendly, and helpful host. I wish more AirBnBs were like this! Would be happy to return someday.

Mapleside Escape: Sugar/Ski house

JaredRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We enjoyed our stay at Mapleside Escape very much! Everything was clean, and in good condition matching the listing photos. We were traveling with 4 young kids and they really enjoyed the loft as well as the toys and games. There is a large grassy yard which was really nice to get them outside to burn off some energy. The location was great and was relatively close to Green Mountain National Forest which was absolutely beautiful. Definitely somewhere we will consider coming back to if we visit the area again!

Green Mountain Escape

DanielRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The only sounds I could hear at the property was the wind going through the trees, the streams flowing, and the birds chirping. It was a total unplug from the rest of the world, which is exactly what I wanted. Jeremiah was really helpful with giving me information about activities in the area, where to fish, trails to hike on the property, and responding quickly to any questions I had. Some words of advice: 1. The property is EXACTLY as it is in the photos and description. This includes no cell service. I got a Garmin Satellite GPS texting device in case of an emergency off of Amazon. I would recommend getting one for the safety factor alone. 2. The description says only drive up to the cabin if you have a 4 X 4 vehicle. Abide by this, and I would also add to for it to be an SUV or truck. I decided to drive my Corolla up to the cabin. I made it there on sheer will and luck after getting stuck twice, needing to shovel mud off the drive, bottoming out multiple times, etc.
