The apartment is located on a farm with a separate entrance. Animals such as dogs, cats and horses are at home here. After consultation it is also possible to take riding lessons.

The lake is only a 7-minute walk away, as is the village centre. Get on your bike and explore the Salzkammergut right from the front door. Many walking and hiking trails start nearby. On the spacious terrace, you can start your holiday day with a breakfast overlooking the lake and end it with a barbecue evening.

The apartment is on two floors. There is direct access to the garden (with playground equipment) and to the terrace. All rooms are spacious and offer plenty of space. Only the kitchen and bathroom are a bit smaller, but both are fully equipped. A spiral staircase leads to the 1st floor. A screen (not a TV) is available in the living room. Wi-Fi is included. The town center is a 15-minute walk away or can be reached faster with one of our bicycles.
