Studio apartment

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

With about 950 inhabitants, Halsbach is the smallest municipality in the district of Altötting. The small village is located in the idyllic foothills of the Alps and impresses on "hairy" days with a good view of the Bavarian mountains.
