Cozy Basement Suite with Private Entrance

Welcome to Saskatoon! This basement suite offers you a cozy and clean place to stay. We are close to the Centre Mall, grocery stores, restaurants, and a transit hub. The private side entrance leads you directly to the basement suite. Please note that we only accept a single guest if you request 2+ nights during weekdays. There is an additional $10 fee for the second guest if your booking is for 2 people. No visitors are allowed on the premises. Our place is not suitable for children under 12.

Welcome to your legally licensed and operated, cozy urban cabin. You will be staying in a 100+ yr old house that combines the warmth & charm of age with modern day conveniences. Located just off Broadway Avenue, this is one of the most lucrative areas of Saskatoon. A short walk will allow you to explore shops, cuisine, pubs, live music, and the beautiful trails along the river. Free parking is available on the street with an extension cord available to plug in when needed on cold nights.

Bright and clean legal suite. This fully-furnished basement unit has a separate entrance and soundproofed ceiling and walls. Large windows and nine foot ceilings, as well as the open concept design create a spacious feeling. The studio suite* features a high-end Sterns and Foster mattress and a 4 piece ensuite. Sofa bed allows space for a 3rd person. Close to shopping centre, walking trails, natural grasslands and sports complex. Ten minute drive to the University of Saskatchewan.

Home Away From Home

Our suite was part of the original house plan when the house was built in 1949 so it features high ceilings, large windows and is bright and airy. We have stocked it with all manner of kitchen gadgets, microwave, quality linens and towels. There is direct access to a washer and dryer or even an outdoor clothes line. Our yard has been featured in magazines and on many garden tours. This is a very quiet neighbourhood mostly populated with working professionals and students.

This space has everything to make it a relaxing evening in, or a place to hang your hat while you head into Saskatoon for concerts, weddings, or any other events and adventures. If you so happen to be staying for Sasktel centre events, the benefits of choosing a place north of the city is, no traffic! You won’t be caught in the traffic line ups going to the Sasktel centre or leaving.

Walkout basement suite hosted by Kevin and Wendy. This suite is minutes away from the downtown core, airport and 2 hospitals also steps away from beautiful Meewasin trail and the river. The suite offers king size bed along with a bedroom tv. There is a small kitchenette that includes a small fridge, induction hotplate, Nespresso machine and a microwave. There is very quiet private deck with a BBQ and fireplace.
