Lots of street parking access. Quiet neighbourhood close to schools, weekends are relaxed. The park across the street Park & playground with soccer fields and an enclosed fenced dog park for free running. If you love to people or dog watch. Don't be surprised to see a photographer taking wedding or family photo's or a local yoga or karate studio having a class right outside in the park.
