The enclosed back porch and small fenced patio is great for pets or snuggling around the fire. The property is centrally located with an average 3 min drive to shopping and the hospital.

A renovated, bright 2 bedroom suite on the lower level of a split level home. Conveniently located 3 minutes from the University (U of L), minutes from shopping, restaurants and golf courses, in a quiet west side neighbourhood. The new kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home that you might need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has all the dishes, utensils, pots, pans, coffee, condiments etc. that you would expect. If anything is missing I am happy to try and supply!
