Bear Necessities is not only beautiful and serene, but it is exceptionally clean (newly renovated maybe?), has outstanding instructions and how-tos, but also has everything you can think of for an easy getaway! Very impressed by the amenities, labels, and highly responsive hosts. This is a fantastic stay for families, couples, or solo travel alike. We really enjoyed the river and sand as a family. Also, super cozy beds, sleeping with the sound of the river is amazing. Internet is fast enough to work and stream movies/games! Stocked with books, games, and all things outdoor fun! Thank you so much for a getaway good for the soul, highly recommend!

Nice play to stay if planning to go to Rocky Mountain national park. Had everything we needed for a week long stay. Host was very responsive.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AT RAYNA'S PLACE!!! This has hands down been our favorite AirBnB stay. Location - Very easy to find and get to. Might need 4x4 in winter for a short dirt road, but didn't need it this Spring. There is a nearby restaurant (Tavern at the Glen) that had amazing food and hospitality. A short 30 min drive to Steamboat Ski resort. House - SUPER COZY and has everything you need. We absolutely LOVED the hot tub and porch views. We also loved getting to say hi to Finn (dog), the goats and horses. Host - Rayna is the best Airbnb host ever. Super responsive, accommodating and very kind. Thank you Rayna!!! We'll be back.

This cabin was absolutely perfect! It’s placed in the perfect spot right off the main rd (grand Ave). It was so peaceful and calming to stay here. The hot tub was used often day and night and was the perfect setting to relax after a long day! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I spent the past three days in Estes Park through Tom & Janet’s property! If you’re looking for something that is close to the mountains and 1-3 minutes from everything in Estes Park, this is where you should book. Estes Park is also 1&1/2 hours from Denver, so we were able to take an easy drive (which was a beautiful scenic opportunity) into the city for a Zoo day. Upon arrival, Tom met us outside & showed us the in’s and out’s of the place. The cabin is right next to their personal home and was the perfect size for me and my husband. It’s also just down the road from all the Estes Park has to offer. Highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a chill, down to earth, 2-person visit to Estes Park, CO.

I had a nice stay at a lovely house. The host was great—friendly and helpful. It was a cozy, clean spot, perfect for relaxing.

This place was perfect for two couples. It’s nice to have two living spaces if someone wants to stay up late/get up early. It had all the items we needed to enjoy our stay and we would definitely stay here again. I would recommend having 4wd in the winter months.

Really enjoyed our peaceful getaway to Bob and Meredith’s cabin. It was a magical winter stay. Fantastic location. Pretty much adjacent to the Nordic center for free tubing and xc skiing and snowshoes (skiing and snowshoes have fee). The neighborhood roads are quiet and safe for strolling. House was as described. Rooms on the smaller side but everyone gets their own bedroom (4x). Town is a quick drive (maybe 5-7min away). The entrance to RMNP is just up the road from the cabin. Great communication from owners. 10/10 would stay again.

We have been to Grand Lake before and had to come back. Only this time it was during winter versus summer. The area is a lot more quiet during winter due to some businesses closed for the season. It made the experience even more peaceful especially for our dogs. The fenced yard is big enough for our pets to enjoy. The cabin itself was well equipped and perfectly described.

We had a great, quiet weekend stay! This cozy cottage was so close to the lake, hiking and downtown. It was such a relaxing sweet house and area. The perfect place to close out the season and see some last colorful leaves. the little snafu at check in (not their fault!) was handled quickly and worked out fine. both Tim and Pam were very responsive, accessible and helpful. We would love to come back for another getaway.

We had a great Thanksgiving weekend at this wonderful mountain location. The cabin is perfectly decorated in the way a mountain cabin should be. Lennie even added some holiday decorations for the season, including a Christmas tree! Everything was very clean and organized, and everything we needed was there. We hope to return for another visit.

Deb was an amazing host!! So responsive and friendly. We will definitely be returning on another trip in the future. Great spot for our dogs to roam, beautiful views, spacious cabin. Bonus for having a large driveway for our snowmobile trailers!

Excellent home with beautiful views and plentiful outdoor space. It was a quick two minute drive to town to grab dinner. The deck was so lovely to hang out on while taking in the gorgeous mountain and lake views. We will absolutely rebook this home- it was exactly, if not better, as described!

This was the perfect place to stay in Grand Lake and close to Rocky Mountain National Park. This Air BNB is in the perfect spot with great views. Would highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Odessa Gorge, managed by Ponderosa Realty and Management, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The cabin was clean, beautifully maintained, and tucked away in a serene location that offered stunning views of the surrounding nature. Inside, it had a warm, rustic charm while still providing all the modern comforts needed for a cozy and relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the private deck was perfect for enjoying quiet mornings or peaceful evenings under the stars. Its location struck the perfect balance—peacefully secluded, yet just a short drive to downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. The team at Ponderosa Realty was responsive and helpful throughout, adding to the ease and enjoyment of the entire stay. I highly recommend Odessa Gorge to anyone looking for a peaceful mountain retreat.

Great cabin and area all my friends loved it. Sad the sauna wasn’t open though.

Heather’s place was wonderful. We seen a lot and did a lot in Grand Lake.

From the time we arrived to the time we left we felt right at home. The location is perfect; four-minute drive to RMNP (Fall River entrance) and four-minute drive to downtown Estes Park, The cabin is thoughtfully furnished with a well-stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, pans, utensils, cups, glasses, and… The beds, pillows, linens were so comfortable. Despite a frosty start to our April morning, we were able to enjoy relaxing in the sun on the deck after a day of hiking in the park. Our only regret is we didn’t plan to stay longer. Next time…

Uncle Tom’s cabin was the perfect stay for our hunting trip. The cabin met our needs and was very comfortable. The location is beautiful.

Fantastic stay! Absolutely loved Rebekah’s place- had everything we needed and more! Perfect location, close to everything and yet still private. Our pups loved the space too! Rebekah was an amazing host and made sure we had everything we needed! We will definitely be back to this peaceful, clean, & lovely cabin in the heart of Grand Lake!

Great place to stay and within walking distance from the town. It is truly like a hallmark movie.

The cabin was in a beautiful location. we spent a fair amount of time sitting on the deck watching the mountains and the elk. The kitchen was as well stocked and the cabin had nice amenities. My only suggestion would be to bring your own soap for showering. I forgot mine and the soap was small and didn't lather. Everything else was great! Thank you so much.
