Comfortable sitting area with gorgeous mountain views. Kitchenette with sink, microwave, mini-fridge and kitchen table. Full bath includes separate shower and tub. Radiant-heat floors. Room to set up cots or air mattresses for children upon request. Patio, gardens, yard and meadows. We love to get to know our guests if you wish. However, we absolutely respect your privacy. Set in the Champlain Valley the property is located on a secluded country road with expansive mountain views. Middlebury and Vergennes restaurants, shops, and art galleries are a short drive away. It's a great area for skiing, hiking, and cycling, as well as water activities on Lake Champlain. A car is necessary, unless you are coming by bicycle! We offer a wholesome Continental breakfast, including many organic and locally-sourced items such as Vermont Coffee Company coffee, an assortment of loose and bagged teas, steel-cut oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit (on property when in season), The Manghis bread, Monument Farm Dairy and Irish Hill Maple Products. Please let us know prior to your stay if you have any particular requests so we may be sure to have them on hand. There are also several excellent full-breakfast choices in Vergennes and Middlebury.
