Monthly Rentals in Waitaki District

Very cozy and comfortable place that just feels like home. Super clean and you can find everything you need. I could see that the place has been furnished and decorated with good taste :) We stayed two nights and it was perfect to visit lake Takepo and Mt Cook area. There are a lot of nice things one could do in the area, but we did not have enough time. I would love to come back here and stay at Kathy‘s place. The place seems a little bit remote. That’s why it’s very calm and peaceful, but without a car it would have been difficult. Fortunately we had a car.

As other guests have commented, the actual condition of the house is very good, beyond the description of the photos. The landlord is very friendly and enthusiastic, and took the initiative to introduce the attractions. She provided us with a hearty breakfast, and she generously gave us 6 eggs from her home, which were simply delicious. Recommended!

Great location to town and small park, all just a block away. Kitchen was setup nicely. large refrigerator. easy checkout. Nick flower outside, great sunset and sunrise.
