Top House - unrivalled views and privacy

The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

Houhora Harbour Studio

Enjoy your own piece of Houhora in our modern comfortable studio overlooking the Houhora harbour. We are just a stones throw from the wharf so you can cook your own catch in our kitchen with a view. Otherwise, for those who prefer, the local shop, cafe & liquor store is across the road! Pukenui is a great stop on the way to or from Cape Reinga. We are in the heart of Pukenui, a small quiet community. As hosts we share the property should you need any assistance during your stay.

A simple bach at the beach to relax and enjoy the view .Great location, awesome sunsets front verandah. Large fenced section .Sheltered bbq area out the back. Handy to Cape bus pickup. Great for families, couples or singles. Awesome spot. All beds made up and plenty of extra linen in the hotwater cupboard to help your self too. Lots of awesome walks handy.Apart from the beach Lake Ngatu is 5mins up the road with its DOC walking track around it.Also forestry/beach walks.

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.

Located in Ahipara, a small coastal town 15mins drive from Kaitaia. You’ll find us in a quiet, safe residential subdivision a 5min walk to the local cafe, fish n chips & dairy! A short 2 minute drive or 15min walk to the beach!

Waterfront historic Bakery cottage

Located on the shores of the tranquil Mangonui harbour with Doubtless Bay beaches very close by. She (the cottage) is cute and eclectic with spaces to sit, relax and enjoy the view and location. Its a short walk to Mangonui village shops and cafes. The covered courtyard at the rear of the property is private, furnished and with a Weber BBQ to enjoy outdoor dining.

The Shed/Studio @ Goodtaka Lodge

Modern, compact self contained studio with a peaceful rural outlook minutes from Lake Ngatu and 90 Mile Beach. The studio is separate from the hosts house, so you will have peace and quiet. The space has recently been refurbished and is super clean and comfortable.
