Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Wainscott

This place checked all the boxes. Very clean and comfortable home and a short uber ride to downtown Sag Harbor. Nice big yard for relaxing after a long day on the boat. Will definitely stay here again. Great host and a great place

Mike is a great host with helpful recommendations and plenty of advice. The house is amazing. Well located, calm, clean and so convenient. The pool is huge and very deep. Everything is perfect. Felt like at home. We will be back

Gorgeous house and property that is even better than the photos. Like other reviews have mentioned, the highway noise in the backyard is definitely present, but easy enough to ignore. Really enjoyed our stay and communication was great!

Walking distance to just about anything you’re looking to do. Including the train to Montauk which you have to check out for the day. Train was fast and inexpensive. Also, make a reservation at East Hampton Grill, it’s a must! House was perfect except we were with our 3 dogs and would have loved a more “fully” fenced in yard like pictures shown. Fenced yard was more around back by an a/c unit and mechanicals. Also couldn’t hang outside much in the beautiful yard because it wasn’t fenced in for our dogs and the sprinklers went off every afternoon around 3pm for an hour then area was wet most of the evening/night. Visited for 4 nights and felt right at home. Would recommend this place fully on location alone. Beds were comfy and inside the house was extremely clean. Felt super safe.

We had a great time at Mark’s place! The backyard was quiet and beautiful - it was the perfect relaxing weekend for our group. We’d love to stay here again!

We had a lovely stay fro our rainy June weekend. Southold is a quaint town with some excellent local places and fine dining as well. Took a trip to shelter island with the car on the ferry. Went to a cool vintage store in Greenport. Bed and space were super comfy & cozy. Book this spot you won’t be disappointed! Looking forward to visiting again in full summer weather:)

We loved our stay at Chandra’s place, it was peaceful, super comfy and was close to everything we needed. It was great to enjoy a few runs locally and come back to the private garden and hot tub in the evening. The property was beautiful and well stocked with towels, soft bedding and kitchen equipment. I’d love to come back again in the future

Nancy's place looked just as great as it does in the pictures. Very up to date, stylish, with all the comforts one needs. And looking out the large windows at the green backyard and fire-pit was spectacular, like it was from a home magazine. (Could not actually use the fire pit as it was rainy and cold to start, and then just chilly but I was too busy too). Nancy was extremely responsive to my questions and requests and even anticipated some I might have had. When I had trouble figuring out the locks when I first arrived she must have heard me struggling and was at my side after a few respectful minutes, much appreciated in the cold rain that day. Felt very comfortable and relaxed in the unit. The outside is very green with grass and forest and flowers; just walking around the neighborhood was therapeutic for me! Nancy also gave great guidance on local restaurants and shopping and it was excellent, just like being local. Thank you very much Nancy, a most relaxing and pleasant stay.

We stayed for our honeymoon - long weekend and first time Hamptons visitors. Very clean, organized and cozy space with nice decorations. All amenities listed were available. We really enjoyed the hot tub and firepit, very peaceful and private area. You should have a car to get around to restaurants, shops, and other outdoor activities. Lots of areas were walking, bike, and scooter friendly. There were so many beautiful views of the water!! Would stay here again, great value.

Perfect place for my husband and I, our twins and my dad to stay for a family wedding. Would love to come back and just explore the awesome area in the future!

Clare was a great host and gave many local recommendations right off the bat. She was very reachable when we needed something. Place was clean (very nice bathroom) but we did find a few bugs here and there (it's on the ground floor and we visited in summer) so would recommend bringing bug spray. Overall great stay.

Peter was extremely responsive and helpful. Helped with all requests and accommodations. Would recommend and book again. 10/10

We couldn’t be happier with how cozy and comfortable and clean this place was. Like a tiny home all to yourself. The backyard is absolutely lovely. Everything about this place seems like it’s a labor of love. Will definitely recommend to friends, and will definitely look to stay here for any and all future LI stays.
