Holiday rentals with beach access in Wailua

This place was brilliant! I was on vacation in Princeville w/ mom and dad, and this place was exactly what we needed. It was a <10 minute drive from Hanali bay, restaurants, beaches, Hāʻena park shuttle stop. The AirBnB had a nice kitchen w/ enough cooking material to make dinner/breakfast and save a few bucks while visiting the island. We had a nice view of the ocean, and a few hidden trails near our place. Parking was hella easy. I'm def returning to the island, and if the lord be blessed, this AirBnB will be available for booking. :) Shout out to Brooke for communicating recs to us, for being so responsive, and kind throughout our trip.

We’ve stayed in Baby’s Beach area and Koloa before but never at Kuhio Shores. We really enjoyed location and the unit! The stove wasn’t working properly so that was a bummer as it disrupted a couple meals we planned to make but they were very responsive and came to unit to assess situation. We would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Jim’s place. The condo had everything we needed and all that you’d need to have a great beach day (snorkels, umbrella, chairs, towels, etc). Easy check in and free parking. The facility across the road for a pool, outdoor gym, etc., was a nice touch and something we enjoyed utilizing. 10 min walk to the beach and a cute area for dinner, we recommend Keoki’s paradise for drinks. A 5 minute walk to a great breakfast cafe, little fish. Overall we would absolutely stay here again.

We only stayed one night, got there pretty late and left very early in the morning. Place was perfect for our needs, easy and flexible check-in, clean, great location. I would stay again if in Kauai.

A wonderful stay for our young family! Stay was well kept and as pictured. We loved the walk ability to beautiful beaches and access to the Athletic Club. The area is unmatched and the A/C wonderful. Bonus: the kid amenities. It doesn’t go unnoticed that Shaun and his wife are parents and took the time to think of the little things. Little fish is a definite bonus across the street! We hope to be back. As hotel owners ourselves we would highly recommend this stay.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights. It has a very beautiful yard. Was spotless inside and near all the North Shore attractions. Adam was very pleasant to talk with. Would definitely stay again.

We had such a great time here! The location in Kapa’a is perfect—right in the middle of the island, so it was easy to explore both the north and south shores and Waimea Canyon. The nearby Coconut Marketplace is convenient, and I recommend the Tuesday and Thursday farmers market in the parking lot. We grabbed local produce, bread, and butter mochi, and the kitchen was just the right size for making fresh meals. The place was clean, nicely updated and cozy and comfortable home base. We slept well. Allen was super friendly and responsive leading up to our trip, and even gave us a quick call to make sure everything was going well. We also appreciated having beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella, and even a cart—it made beach days super easy. As a younger couple, we loved the slower pace and small-town feel of Kauai after being in Honolulu for a wedding. Nothing felt too far away, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a cozy and convenient spot. We would book again!

Extra points for that beautiful view from the main bedroom (rainbows every day) and the shower is excellent! We had a great stay at the „little red haus“. Clark was great and always helpful at communicating everything. Very uncomplicated check-in and -out. Mahalo 🌺

An incredible, private and comfortable detached Ohana in a beautiful neighborhood. Conveniently located and walkable to numerous shops, restaurants and the ocean (beaches). Devaki was such a sweet and awesome host. Perhaps the best location in Hanalei Bay. 100 foot walk to beach and less than a quarter mile walk to town.

We couldn’t have asked for anything else! This place was stocked with everything to enjoy your Kauai vacation. The garage had lots of things to go out and use at the beach and around Princeville. The house was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for! Amy was awesome and extremely accommodating and responsive. We would 100% stay here again!! Thanks🌺

Enjoyed the most mellow and relaxing vacation with my adult children. We walked daily on the great pathway and took in the blue ocean and the peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and what I expected. We enjoyed eating at all the wonderful local places within a casual 20 minute walk. It was rainy this time of the year so sometime we just stayed and chilled in the awesome living room. The house is old so it has its charms but it felt like going to a beach house. There are plenty of windows and we slept with them open and it was very windy at night so we didn’t miss the a/c at all. We are from the Pacific Northwest, my son said he was surprised that 72 degrees could feel so cold and it was funny to see him wear his puffy jacket at times. Anyone staying here in the spring should probably bring a jacket because the wind and moisture can make it feel a lot colder than it should be due to being right next to the ocean. This is an excellent location overall.

My sisters and I loved this place. Ingrid is great, quick to respond and very helpful. The location is beautiful, very close to great beaches and snorkeling. The beach is just across the street and always empty giving one the feel of having a private beach. Great views from the dining room so we often ate dinner at home after being gone for the day. Close to a great little coffee shop-The Haven. We look forward to going back!

Our family felt right at home, thanks to Donna! It was comfortable and clean, and really ended up being exactly how she described! We will definitely reach out to Donna next time we're coming to Kauai!

Natalie’s home is the perfect place to stay and explore Kauai’s North Shore. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood and the backyard feels like your own lush, private retreat to relax after a long day of snorkeling and paddle boarding. I can honestly say this is the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Tons of attention to every detail. The care that was put into this home shows. It was more than enough space for our family of six. Every beach and activity supply we could have asked for was in the garage and in great shape. Beach umbrellas, chairs, a wagon, footballs, beach towels, straw hats, snorkeling gear, everything. We also used the bikes to cruise around the neighborhood and run to Foodland for groceries or a poke bowl. If you’re looking for the absolute best spot for home base in Princeville, this should be your place. Natalie was quick and easy to communicate with and she also has lots of helpful tips for food, beaches, etc. We can’t wait to visit again!

highly recommend this place- beautiful setting right on the beach, third floor with elevator-beautiful sunrises, just downstairs is beach to walk along. It is convenient to airport, and you can easily drive to other areas on the island. Kitchen and condo has basic household supplies like some kitchen staples, laundry soap. Michael responds almost immediately to questions and follows up on things as needed.

Very beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The beach was walking distance down the stairs. The only thing that was tough was getting 3 luggage’s up 3 flights of stairs; also, a random rooster decided to wake us up before sunrise one night which was very frustrating. It’s Kauai, and chickens are a part of the culture here; nothing that was Hiroki’s fault. Hiroki gave us plenty of local recommendations; food and shops within walking distance. Very helpful. Great location and thoroughly enjoyed him always responding to us and he even checked in on us throughout our stay. Will definitely rebook if we’re back in Kauai.

Very nice accommodation with several amenities (portable cooler, snorkeling equipment, etc.), very well located close to good restaurants and beautiful beach. Good location also to get around the island, it's not bad, the central point to get to the north or southwest of the island. I would this property.

We loved staying in Summer’s place! We appreciated the amenities available as it allowed us to still do some light cooking and save a bit on our food budget. It was in a great location to access so many of the beautiful beaches on Kauai. We could walk or take a short drive to a natural food store, many food trucks, restaurants, rental gear stores, etc. The bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed being near the ocean and having beach access behind the building. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location. Close to lots of walkable restaurants and shops. Very clean unit with comfy bed. Nice quiet property. We were the only ones at the pool everyday. We loved staying here. We had one issue that we reached out to Renee about it and she was very responsive and took care of it immediately. We also appreciated having beach chairs and ice chest provided. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you for being such great owners!

We had a wonderful stay at Lae Nani. The home had everything you could need, a comfortable bed, beautiful dishware and glassware for our meals and a magnificent view of the ocean. We spent a great deal of our morning and evenings enjoying the lanai. The location is walkable to shopping and dining which was very convenient. We’ll be sure to come again in the future.

We loves this Studio!!! We immediately felt like home. The studio is equipped with anything you could possible need and is located beautifully. No matter if you want to explore the south or north of the island, this Airbnb is perfectly located and even has a really nice market place, café/roastery and restaurants right next to it. From our point of view, this Airbnb is a 10/10 recommendation!
