This place was amazing! I was floored by the view as soon as I walked in. The living space was perfect and super clean and comfy. The owners and staff were the absolute best! They were so helpful and flexible, they made my trip a breeze, and I so grateful for them. The location was great, a quick drive to just about anything you wanted to get to. highly recommend this place- beautiful setting right on the beach, third floor with elevator-beautiful sunrises, just downstairs is beach to walk along. It is convenient to airport, and you can easily drive to other areas on the island. Kitchen and condo has basic household supplies like some kitchen staples, laundry soap. Michael responds almost immediately to questions and follows up on things as needed.

We had a great time at Paul’s place. It was very comfortable for two people, great location close to the beach and local food options. We also appreciated how very clean it was as well as the pool and restaurant onsite. Paul was a very responsive and gracious host.

Great location. Close to lots of walkable restaurants and shops. Very clean unit with comfy bed. Nice quiet property. We were the only ones at the pool everyday. We loved staying here. We had one issue that we reached out to Renee about it and she was very responsive and took care of it immediately. We also appreciated having beach chairs and ice chest provided. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you for being such great owners!

The view from the Airbnb is fantastic. This was our first time in Kauai and I couldn’t decide if we wanted to stay in the north side or south side. Staying in Kapaa allowed us to visit the rest of the island easily, and there are plenty of restaurants and activities to explore immediately next to the Airbnb. Having beach chairs and umbrellas to bring to the beach is so nice! While we didn’t cook any meals, the kitchen is a full kitchen and would have been easy to eat meals in. We stayed in April and didn’t use the window AC in the bedroom. Highly recommend!

We had a truly amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront home in Kauai. The location is absolutely stunning—steps from the sand, with peaceful ocean views and the relaxing sound of waves around the clock. The apartment was incredibly well equipped, especially for traveling with a toddler. From the child-safe setup to the thoughtful amenities (like a high chair, pack 'n play, and beach toys), everything was designed to make our stay easy and comfortable. We felt totally at ease, and our little one was so happy exploring and playing safely. It’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and enjoy the natural beauty of Kauai. We would absolutely love to return—highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a peaceful island retreat!

Dan and Katy were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. When I messaged them about Airbnb issues and questions, they were very quick to resolve any issues. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Kauai!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Kauai! The views were breathtaking—we couldn’t get enough of watching the ocean right from the property. The space was spotless and felt super comfortable, and Brandi was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. But the real magic? Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves crash all night long. It was like having a real-life sound machine, only better. So peaceful and relaxing—we’ve never slept so well! Would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Tom's place was fabulous. Tom was very communicative from the time of booking until about the day we left to ensure we had everything we needed. We came with the intent of just relaxing and that's exactly what we got there. The condo was clean & comfortable, had everything we needed, was quiet...except for the elephant footed people upstairs :( obviously no fault of Tom's. The grounds were extremely well kept and beautiful...very tropical, loved sitting on the patio just relaxing and listening to the birds & the palm trees sway in the breeze. Every staff member we came across was very friendly, was a very short walk to the beach with plenty of seating. BBQ's very accessible. Had a great time, would stay again !!

We loved this place for our stay in Kauai! It was very close to Hanalei and very walkable. It was very clean and as described. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Annie and Greg, had amazing communication from prior to our stay until after our stay. They were very friendly and kind, answered any questions that we had, as well as responding very swiftly to things. There home was gorgeous, it had all the amenities you would need. If you needed anything else the grocery store was just up the street a quick walk or drive would it. My husband and I love staying in princeville when we go to kauai. We would absolutely stay here again, we loved their home. It was very clean and cozy. Even without AC the fans worked great and they also had an additional fan if you required extra air. the balcony had a great view too. We do wish we used the pool sooner it was so warm. You can walk down to the beach area or a quick drive. Annie and Greg make you feel so comfortable and offer amazing tips for your stay to be smooth. For the price, the stay was great! We could see the ocean, walk to beaches, and walk to the hotel one for dinner and drinks. I absolutely loved it, this area is magical! Also Ellie was very responsive! There were a few bug friends the first night but from my understanding it is to be expected in the area. I would love to come back and bring my mom!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. The condo had a beautiful view and was perfect for our large family. It was located near the ocean, activities, and shopping/groceries. Olga was a great host and we would recommend this to family and friends.

The place was clean and in a quiet safe complex. The condo is a little hard to find at night but instructions were helpful. Comfortable place and felt at home.

Great location. I love that it’s right on the beach and they even have a few lounge chairs to relax. The place is as described. It’s clean, very simple, and I had no problems during my stay.

Perfect stay for your time on Kauai! Close to the airport and not too far from the north and the west side! The apartment itself has everything you need and is comfortable! It is inside the outrigger Hotel

Awesome room, great view from the balcony. Beautiful grounds and beach nearby! Walkable to convenience items and quick service food! Lava Lava grill nearby has great Kauai Lime Pie! Will be staying here again :)

We loved our two weeks at the Lae Nani. The view from the patio is even more beautiful than the pictures. We also enjoyed walk along ocean to shopping area. Many nights we brought takeout back to the condo so we could have a glass of wine and enjoy the ocean view as sun went down.

We had a great stay in #324. The unit was very clean and there were so many little extras to use in the unit, we were surprised everything that fit in there. We found the bed to be very comfortable and slept great. The view from the lanai was incredible and we spent lots of time out there. Islander on the Beach is in such a great location on the island and Brad's unit is located in the best spot of the resort. We will be returning to #324 next year. Can't wait!

Clean, simple stay with everything you need — very central location close to many great restaurants, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We were very happy with our stay!

Excellent stay! Exceptionally clean. Well appointed space. Location was equidistant to points of interest on both sides of the island. Access to the walking/cycling path was so convenient. Communication with the hosts was never an issue. Very quick to respond. A brand new blender was made available very quickly when the previous one was not functioning properly. Thank you, very much! Would definitely stay here upon a return visit to the island.

The room had everything we needed including beach chairs, snorkels & boogie boards. The mini kitchen had it all dishes, coffee maker, fridge, microwave & silverware. Great walk to the beach location with pool & hot tub. Air conditioner & tv worked great. Lounge chairs available beach side & by the pool. Yummy restaurants within walking distance. Parking available. All in all great time no issues.
