Monthly Rentals in Wailua Bay

This was a great place to stay with incredible views. The unit faces southeast, so (at least at this time of year) , the sunrise was just around the corner of the building. This meant that to see the sunrise, we had to go out onto the lawn by the water. On the other hand, it also meant that we could have breakfast on the balcony without being blinded by the direct sunlight. The unit was very nice with newer appliances, granite countertops, etc. The kitchen was very well equipped, and even had sharp knives and pots with the nonstick surfaces in great condition. In my experience, that's almost unheard of in an Airbnb. There were boogey boards, beach chairs, coolers, and an umbrella available that all worked well. Air conditioning in the bedroom was a nice plus, but it wasn't really needed. Overall, I would gladly stay here again, and I'd highly recommend it.

I stayed at this place with 2 kids. Beach is 1 min from the entry door, very safe and peaceful. Not crowded beach at all. Great small restaurants right there. Parking available. Cute little place perfect for us. Patricia and Katie was always ready to answer all of our questions and was very helpful. Very beautiful surroundings, roosters, chickens, small chicks and different kinds of birds everywhere which we found very cute. Cannot wait to come back! Thank you!

Beautiful views and we had a wonderful stay! Condo just as described, very clean and comfortable. The beach chairs, snorkel equipment, hiking poles, and other beach gear were really appreciated! Kitchen had all the supplies for everything we needed. It was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Several nice restaurants nearby and a great shopping area. Very central location on the island and only 10 minutes from the airport. Would highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay at Tracey’s was outstanding. It was very peaceful and private. The view from our lanai was gorgeous! The location is perfect with great restaurants within walking distance. Tracey was a wonderful host always responding very quickly. We are already planning our trip to stay at Tracey’s again next summer. Brenda, Shawna, and Kara
