Die Wohnung ist hell und sehr ruhig gelegen. Zugang zur Terrasse gegeben. Die Wohnung steht auf einem Hügel. Super schöner Ausblick über das Remstal. Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung ist absolut ungeeignet für Kindern unter 6 Jahren. Wenige Gehminuten zur Bushaltestelle. Die S-Bahn ist zu Fuß in 20 min. oder mit dem Bus erreichbar. Messe/Flughafen/Cannstatter Wasen/Mercedes Museum sehr gut erreichbar. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger, Schnellimbiss/Restaurant und Ärzte vorhanden.

In unserer gemütlichen Dachwohnung erwarten wir Dich sehr gern. Wir sind ein sehr weltoffenes Ehepaar und interessiert an allem Neuen. Auch in Englisch können wir gern mit unseren Gästen reden. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, das Zentrum ist ca. 250 m entfernt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Reisen nach Stuttgart, Remstal. In den diesen Pandemiezeiten halten wir uns sehr genau an die geltenden Regeln und Vorschriften. Wir reinigen, waschen und desinfizieren alles nach Vorschrift.
