Centrally located in the largest ski region of Salzburg. Leogang, Saalbach, Maria Alm, Hochkönig, Zell am See and Kaprun can be reached in 15 minutes.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Apartment Yako - central location

This comfortable apartment in the center of Wagrain offers everything for a relaxing holiday. Restaurants, bars, a supermarket, a bakery and more are all in the immediate vicinity. Parking is free in the building's car park. The nearest ski lift (Gravenberg) is only 500m away and can be reached on foot or by the ski bus, which stops right outside. All guests receive the Salzburger Sport Welt card, and with it free access to Wagrain Wasserwelt, among other things

Apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, on the ground floor, with a small patio and its own entrance from the outside. Since it is not technically possible for the Airbnb system to allocate the following local FEES based on the age of the guests, we will need to collect them SEPARATELY on site:  For each guest aged 15 and over, per night: a) Local tax – EUR 3.90 b) Mobility tax – EUR 0.50 No pets allowed. Bed linen, towels and shower towels (1 set/person) are included.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
