NEW Mediterranean studio apartment

This apartment is inspired by Mediterranean vibes and has an big terrace door that gives the apartment a bright light throughout the day. The living room area is decorated with a fireplace that at the moment is not active yet. The rooms don’t have doors and are all connected in one big spacious studio apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Fresh towels and basic bath essentials are provided. In front of the apartment there is a terrace that is a shared space with other apartment.

This lovingly renovated winemaker house with approx. 140 m² of living space on two levels can accommodate up to six people. Enjoy 2 terraces each equipped with garden furniture, sunbeds and umbrellas as well as a panoramic sauna and jacuzzi on another large sun terrace with unique views over the South Styrian vineyards. This well-designed 50 m² apartment is located just outside the wine town of Leibnitz, in southern Styria. More precisely, in a quiet little village. The apartment is located in an apartment building with a total of three apartments. The city center of Leibnitz is about 15 minutes away, the South Styrian Wine Route is about 30 minutes away and the highway is only 5 minutes away. Perfect for solo travelers or couples to spend a lovely time in southern Styria.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
