Our Chalet is situated on the scenic mountain side of Klokos, right in the heart of a hilly, forest and only a 7-minute drive from the town of Kalavryta. At our home, you will experience exceptional privacy as well as a breathtaking view from each and every direction-you are on the top of a mountain! Mountain house

A quiet place to relax. Very good use of air conditioning with cooling and heating. The stream has water for 8 months of the year, which adds another touch of tranquility! The property is subject to a government tax (resilience fee), which is €15 per night from April to October, as it is over 80 sq m (860 sq ft). During the winter months, the fee is €4. Theta Guesthouse

Theta is a 60 sq.m. stone guesthouse, a few meters from the square of Stemnitsa. Built in 1867, it is the "katowi" (ground floor) of a traditional village house. A spacious house with a dome, completely renovated in 2022 and accommodating up to 4 people. It has WC and a separate area with a shower-hydromassage. It has Wi-Fi and Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime account. The wooden balcony offers a nice view of the village and the courtyard on the green mountainside. Parking near the house.

Traditional three-storey tower house in Karytaina. Reconstructed with great care by the hosts with authentic wooden elements and traditional touches in the decoration. The house is in a very quiet area of the village overlooking the bridge of Alfios and the plateau of Megalopolis. It has 2 fireplaces, a spacious living room and high-ceilinged bedrooms. At the entrance there is a courtyard with shade from a large walnut tree and vines.

In Vytina, which combines secularism with tranquility and contact with the special and refreshing nature due to its location and altitude, we built our home. It was a stone house, and we renovated it in the most modern way but maintaining the original look. There one lives the absolute tranquility and freedom since the distance from the square, the paths in the lush vegetation and the visit to other famous villages, is a "breath"
