It is a fully equipped bunkhouse with a large fenced garden of 1200m2, through which there is a stream that makes a pleasant noise at night. The depth of the stream is 5-10 cm. 3 cars can park in the driveway and there is parking for more behind the fence. The forest is 100m away, bike path 50m, ski lift 150m and famous swimming pool Na Stanoch (Balaton) about 2km.

Chatka je vybavena kuchyňkou s vařičem, rychlovarnou konvicí, lednicí a nádobím. Dále vlastní koupelnou se sprchovým koutem a umyvadlem, samostatným WC, obývákem a v podkroví jsou 4 postele z palet. Spaní je společné. Venku se nachází ohniště s roštem a venkovní posezení.
