Villa holiday rentals in Vrsi

Me and my two sisters took our families for a week. It was great that we could all have our own apartments but at the same time there was fantastic communal space. The whole property is secure and enclosed which is a must when you have children. Ida’s son gave us a map and marked off beaches and restaurants for us. You are able to order taxis via the Uber app and it only cost €4-6 to get to Zadar old town.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. We immediately felt at home and definitely want to come back. Our highlights were the pool with the pool toy, the jacuzzi overlooking the mountains, the dining table and the hanging chair outside.

We were extremely satisfied with Ivan's accommodation. Modern furnishings and equipped with everything you need. The pool and the entire property are large and very well maintained. The hosts are very warm people and always available. ☺️

Marko’s place is amazing! It’s a lovely, modern apartment just on the sea. Super clean and everything working perfectly. Marko was the best host - always communicating, checking that everything is fine, giving local advice. Kali is a very nice place and we had a great holiday - we hope to be back. Thank you

Everything was top-notch! The house was just a 20-minute drive from Zadar, making it super convenient to visit the city while still enjoying peace and privacy. Communication with the host was very easy and smooth. The host was incredibly kind – she even brought us cake and really cared about making our stay great. The house itself was perfect: very spacious, lots of bathrooms, and an amazing private pool. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the city but still enjoy privacy and comfort. I would definitely come back!

We felt very comfortable with 5 people in the accommodation as described. Particularly noteworthy is the air conditioning, which allowed us to sleep at a pleasant temperature even on warm summer nights. In addition, the pool offers pleasant cooling. The property can be reached in a few minutes by car from the airport and there is a supermarket directly opposite. By car, it's about 15-20 minutes to Zadar.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa as a family of 4. The pool was clean and heated. The house was well equipped. There was a great grill available, but we didn't use it. The contact with our hosts was always friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the great time and attention on the day of arrival. Highly recommended from our side.

Tatjana and her husband are very accommodating hosts. The house was in wonderful condition and very clean. Tatjana's husband came almost every morning to clean the pool. That didn't bother us at all, because he was very respectful, friendly and you usually didn't notice him. The communication with Tatjana is really outstanding. I've never experienced anything like this before. She is helpful and has brought us fresh towels if necessary, for example, although you can also wash them in the accommodation. We didn't miss anything here and we had a relaxing time in the small village of "Sopot." We would book it again anytime.

We had a great stay in Croatia! The apartment was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was very friendly and helpful with local tips. Quiet area, close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and come back!

We had an amazing week at Irena’s beautiful home. It was the perfect place to escape to, to relax and unwind, our children didn’t want to leave. The house is just as in the pictures and had everything we needed, the pool is great and the views are wonderful. Irena is a lovely host and we will definitely recommend her place to friends.

We were greeted in a very friendly manner and received clear instructions, which made the stay pleasant from the beginning. Particularly noteworthy is the great pool area, which offered us many opportunities to spend time full of fun. The garden house with the well-equipped kitchen was also a highlight. The house is spacious and offers a lot of space, which was especially pleasant as we were a group of 9 people. The five toilets and three bathrooms were a big plus and made the stay very comfortable for everyone. Everything was very clean, and everything was really thought of – from A to Z everything was available to us. We had a great five days and can only recommend the accommodation.

Super nice stay at Villa Luna. We didn't miss anything with a group of friends from 5 couples. The villa is very nicely equipped, was very clean and with two kitchens there is enough space for cooking. The spacious outdoor area offers many opportunities to swim, to play and to relax. Josip, the owner of the villa, was super helpful & nice and was always available for questions. Skradin beach and Krk Np are only 5 minutes drive and the sea at Šibenik is only 25 minutes away. We felt very comfortable!

We spent 5 great days with 13 people in Ivana's house. There are 5 double rooms upstairs, 4 of which have their own directly adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The 5th double room also has its own bathroom, but you have to walk across the hallway. That's okay. On the ground floor, there is another double room with a 3rd bed and another large bathroom. The kitchen is super equipped. A large dining table is directly adjacent to the kitchen. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and already covered with bed linen. There were plenty of towels. The outdoor area with pool and outdoor kitchen is incredible. We had great weather and were only outside. Ivana's house exceeded our expectations, I would stay here again at any time. Ivana is a very friendly host who always answered all my questions within a very short time. Thanks for the great time.

We had a very nice stay. We arrived with a dog and child and had a great impression from the beginning. The property is fenced so it was no problem with the dog. Ana and co were very attentive and left a few treats in the kitchen after the long drive. The place is well equipped, so you could really relax while at the same time it never got boring. Each bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom, which leads to a lot of privacy in a shared vacation for three parties. The house was very clean and super equipped, especially with many bath and tea towels. With a pool, sports room, baseball hoop and ping pong table, you always had something to do. The availability of terrace with loungers, barbecue area, two outdoor seating and a large lawn with beautiful fruit trees and views of the sea in the distance with beautiful sunsets was great. A clear recommendation!

Great accommodation! We arrived with two large cars and two motorcycles which had space in the in-house secured parking space. The pool, garden, barbecue house and the house in general was very clean. We were 7 adults and had enough space. Great for dog owners as the entire property is completely fenced! To the beach, bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk. Places to see such as Nin, Pag, Zadar are also very easy and quick to reach. We would travel there again in a heartbeat;)

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

we work super friendly and felt right at home. Karlo showed us around the house and was very helpful. The house itself is spacious and everything was clean. Nice beds and well enjoyed the pool. Really recommend!

Wonderful villa, everything you would need & more! Fabulous for a quiet vacation, but only a short drive and you are at the lakes . Pool and hot tub were perfect and spotless ! Lovely outdoor bbq area , and play area for kids. House itself had everything, spacious and spotless … showers were excellent and beds were super comfortable. Lucija was very kind and gave us fresh eggs and cherries . She was alway on hand if we needed to query anything, yet also had our privacy. Will definitely be back again . Thank you Lucija for a wonderful villa and surroundings .

Great location to unwind. Very clean and cozy. The rooms are all very large and there is everything in the house that you could need.

Hrvoje and his Dad !, are wonderful hosts, nothing is too much trouble. Thank-you for making our holiday such a lovely experience. Everything is walkable from the accommodation and a short drive away are the beautiful towns of Nin and Zadar. We had 3 generations staying in our party of 10 and there was something for everyone. We would all recommend staying at this idyllic family home.
