Studio Duinhuis ... the specially designed wooden house with a wood-burning stove is located on the hill opposite the monumental bathing pavilion, 100 metres from the beach access point! My lifelong dream is to live by the sea with a small studio and rent out a tiny house. In typical Teeland style, the house opens its windows outwards onto a sunny wooden terrace. You can hear the sea all the way here. A cosy sleeping loft makes the house special, and the small sauna can be booked on the spot (€20.00/2 hours).

Suite Vadella Suite Vadella is one of the stylish suites of Het Sfeerhuis aan Zee with its own entrance in the center of Vlissingen. The suite features a kitchen, comfortable seating area and a luxurious bathroom. Beach, boulevard, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. A lovely place to discover Vlissingen and the Zeeland coast. During July and August, minimum stay of 5 nights. More inspiration about Het Sfeerhuis aan Zee can also be found online. Suite Vadella does not have a rooftop terrace.

Our detached house is located within walking distance of the beach and the Grevelingen. Our house is divided into a spacious lounge room (with a double bed and in the bedstee a bunk bed for 2 people), kitchen with living room, bedroom on the 2nd floor. Enclosed garden, private parking and play area. 4 bicycles are available and a canoe (3 people). Painting lessons by appointment in the studio at the back of the house. Supermarket 2 km away. Small campsite supermarket 500 m away, only open in high season.

We are also close to the famous seaside resorts of Domburg and Zoutelande. You can enjoy cycling on the island of Walcheren on our rental bikes. Spacious apartment (65m2, 1st floor) in the center of Oostkapelle overlooking church and village square (Dorpsstraat 12A. Oostkapelle). Restaurants, shops and supermarket are within walking distance. Sunny balcony at the rear and sunny garden terrace on the ground floor. Parking next to the house. Guests can use our beach house on Berkenbosch beach (May 1 - Sept. 15). In July and August, bookings can only be made on a weekly basis (Sat-Sat).

Cozy holiday home in Zoutelande

Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located in a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where nice shops and restaurants can be found. From the park, you can walk directly into the dune area, which gives you access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.
