The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building in the center of Katerini, opposite the park of Efkarpidis. It has an area of 40 sq.m. and an excellent view of the square. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a sofa that becomes a bed, a kitchen area with a dining room and a bathroom. The entire apartment has been completely renovated. Hot water, bedding and towels are provided. Ideal for couples, solo travelers or business trips, it offers a warm and thoughtful hospitality with modern amenities.

For the entrance to the rented space there is an open internal staircase that communicates with the corridor of the ground floor front door.(The owner lives in one of the rooms on the ground floor)

The apartment has balconies everywhere and in front it has a balcony living room. There's a garden with trees in the back. A baby cot is also available if requested at the time of booking.
