This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Pavlos residence is a two-storey guest house, in the Horafia, of Megisti island. Just a 5 minute walk from the Port of Kastellorizo, with picturesque views and directly opposite the church of Agios Georgios Santrape. Pavlos apartment is an independent apartment, on the first floor of the residence, ideal for guests looking for a bright, spacious space with two bedrooms, full kitchen and large living area. The lodging is a delight with harbor and island views and a relaxing atmosphere.

Muhteşem bir manzarası ve kendisine ait bir bahçesi vardır. Ahşap yapıya sahip olmasından kaynaklı olarak özellikle temmuz ve ağustos aylarında gün içerisinde sıcak olabilir, geceleri ise tam tersi olarak en serin olan yerimizdir. Ortak kullanımlı havuzu vardır .

Luxury, secluded private villa has 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. On the terrace you will find sun loungers and chairs along with dining spaces, all with breath taking view. An entrance floor with large living room, open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Second floor comprises the master bedroom en-suite and terrace, two more bedrooms with terraces and a large bathroom with shower, and WC.
