Georgia's place is a lovely, well-furnished tiny house located less than five minutes from the sea on foot. It's situated in a friendly and safe neighbourhood, and she is a warm and helpful host.

The beach village of Ag. Theodori is approximately an hour outside of Athens on the way to Corinth. “Villa Sofia” was the perfect bungalow to spend our final three days in Greece and to visit lifelong friends who live in this village. Just steps away from the boardwalk and the beach, we found our own private oasis. Named in honor of the hosts’ mother, the home was just as described. The hosts have done a wonderful job remodeling this cozy “home away from home”—including soundproof windows, automatic shutters, AC, a modern bathroom/kitchen, two bedrooms and a sitting room. We can’t forget to mention the patio with views of the sea. Constantinos and Filippos were very responsive and accommodating hosts who picked us up from the train station and made sure we were dropped off again to catch the 6:24am train to the Athens Airport for departing flights. Upon arrival, we found a bottle of red wine, fresh grapes, watermelon, coffee, and plenty of bottled water. Thank you to our hosts!

The house was great, quite comfortable, well cared for with nice decor. It's surrounded by nature with absolute quiet and it's fully equipped . Perfect for relaxation and tranquility. Hosts are very kind and understanding. I highly recommend it.

We just spent a week at Nikos apartment and had an amazing stay. We were looking for a peaceful atmosphere in a beautiful surrounding with the option to go a restaurant and the beach. The apartment offered all that and were really relaxed when we left. Only thing that is not clear from the apartment info, the second room with the single beds is not a proper room, it’s part of the living room. But that did not pose a problem for us. We loved it and can highly recommend it!

It is heaven on earth. Looks even better than the photos. We were shocked from how beautiful the place and its surroundings are. Inside and out everything is well thought of, you’ll want for nothing. It’s a perfect place for kids, comfy beds, a tree house and the sea a few steps away. A large supermarket, only 5 minutes drive from the house. The sunken city a 5 minutes walk, or 5 minutes of paddling on a SUP (2 Sups and paddles are provided). We got lucky and even got a chance to see a HUGE sea turtle while snorkeling there! Lots of taverns you can reach by foot, and lots of peace and serenity. Maria is super friendly and professional, I dare to say, it’s one of the best Airbnb experiences we had till now. We will definitely be back!

The location and the house is perfect. It has everything you need for cooking to have amazing meals at home by the pool. The best thing about the house was to wake up in the morning and walk 30m to have a morning swim. Check in was super easy and they show you everything you need to know. And they were quick to respond on message before check in. Train station was 2k away and an easy option to take in to Athens. I really recommend this stay if you are looking for something in kineta.

We had an amazing family weekend!!!! The place is beautiful with a lot of calm and lots of greenery …. The apartment was fully equipped, we don't need anything extra! We will definitely be back as soon as we can …. Our host was always respectful, friendly and very clear … Thank you so much !! I highly recommend it!

The villa is beautiful and Areti and Nikolaos were great hosts. Nikolaos was quick to respond to questions and always accommodating. The place was spotless and the recently remodeled facilities were top notch, it was lovely to spend a few evenings in the pool with the stars out and some music playing. Nafplion is a beautiful town with a ton of great restaurants just a five minute drive away. We also visited Corinth (about a 50 min drive) and the sunken city off the beach of Epidaurus (about 30 mins away). Highly recommended!

What an amazing apartment. Fantastic location with stunning views, yet very private - no one else was in the complex while we were there. Lots of facilities; the big barbecue and pool were our absolute favourite. 😉 Panos was a great host - very quick to respond and shares tips for places to see and restaurants. Just make sure to bring enough mosquito repellent, if you don’t want to end up as insect dinner.

The house was above our expectations! A house that has everything you need to spend a carefree holiday. It is in a nice location with a lot of quiet and a great view. The hosts are kind people, willing to help you with anything you need. The must of the accommodation is the sports activities for young and old. I highly recommend it !

We really enjoyed our vacation, the apartment was spacious, clean, fully equipped with everything we needed and more! Our host was very gracious and accommodating. The location is perfect for R&R, beautiful scenery, the view is really majestic, you can enjoy the mountain view from the balcony in the back and the sea view from the massive balcony! This place is AMAZING. When you initially walk in, it take a few minutes to even believe the view is real. As people say it is better than the photos. We rented a car and there are lots of lovely beach bars and restaurants around. The host was amazing and there was cold water and some local snacks in the fridge when we got there. If you are thinking about booking it then 2 words DO IT. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the host again

We found the place for a weekend, we received clear instructions for our arrival at the place and we were asked if we needed an extra bed because we had a 2-year-old baby with us. Perfect communication, very clean space and really 2 minutes from the beach. We will definitely prefer it again. Thank you again

No matter what we say, it's a little bit of cleanliness, impeccable, very thoughtful, pet friendly, we didn't miss anything, we felt like home, and we and our dog, Olazaros very helpful in everything. We highly recommend it, and we will prefer it again.

Me, my wife and our dog felt at home in this lovely small but fully functional house. We booked for a whole month and a week before our scheduled departure we really felt like lenghtening our stay, that lovely it was! Fortunately, we could book for three more nights, but another month and I think still wouldn't have been enough! So, down to earth. We had mid May till mid June. The weather was great, mild sun and we could hit the beach every day. The house is in the countryside, in a quaint small village with warm hearted people, but by car you have 12 minutes to the nearest beach in Nea Epidavros, 18 minutes to Archea Epidavros and 40 minutes to Nafplio Karathones beach. The Nafplio one was our best choice, sandy and cristal clear water, but even the two home beaches were top notch (restaurants, beach bar, parking). Everywhere, the views were magnificent. This was the absolute most peaceful, amazing stay. Our host is an absolute gem and you feel like you're visiting family. Wonderful "beach town" to walk, or bike around, supermarket near by and great restaurants and coffee shops. You will never want to leave!!

We felt right at home. The neighbourhood was peaceful and very quiet. The house was really clean, spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a large yard. We recommend it for sure if you need a break. We loved it and we will come back for sure!

Lovely placed to stay in the small beachside town of Loutraki. Gianna's top floor apartment is spacious and well equipped and the huge outdoor terrace has great views (although quite windy when we were there).

Great location for me, easy to get to, first time driving in Greece. This place was easy to find and lovely family running. Unfortunately had to leave early in the morning but next time I’ll take that glass of fresh orange! Thank you
