Koristili smo Draganin apartman za vrijeme poslovnog posjeta Beogradu i okolci. Dragana i njeni ukučani su odlični domaćini. Kvalitetan, prostran, odlično opremljen i savršeno čist i uredan apartman. Privatni parking ispred apartmana. Svakako ću probati ponovno doći.

The apartment is VERY NICE & VERY CLEAN. Looks just like in the pictures. Safe parking inside the yard is a great advantage. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport. The town of Surcin has various stores and restaurants. Communication with Emilija was very good. We didn't actually meet, but she sent us very clear instructions how to get in the apartment, always replied within 5 minutes and also provided helpful tips when we asked for advice about the town. Also check-in was flexible. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning and the apartment was waiting for us 🙂

Daar kom ik graag terug. Gemakkelijk te vinden eigen parkeerplaats, vlakbij de autosnelweg. Spijtig dat we niet langer konden blokven Kom ik zeker terug.

Am stat aici acum o săptămână și pot spune că a fost o experiență foarte plăcută. Cazarea a fost curată și confortabilă, exact ce aveam nevoie pentru șederea noastră. E adevărat că e puțin mai departe de centrul orașului, dar asta nu a fost o problemă, mai ales că zona este liniștită. Gazda a fost foarte amabilă și mereu pregătită să ne ajute cu orice am avut nevoie, ceea ce a făcut totul mult mai ușor. Per total, recomand cu încredere această cazare, a fost o experiență bună și ne-am simțit bine!

Nikola’s place is exactly as described – a cozy little house in a great location. It was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for our stay, including a private parking spot which was a big plus. Thank you, Nikola!

A small and cozy house on a quiet street fully matches the description. Inside, there is everything you need for a family getaway. The house was decorated for the New Year, and we were welcomed with champagne. The fireplace is a special highlight of this home, you can wrap yourself in a warm blanket and enjoy the fire, creating a truly homely atmosphere. Couriers and taxis can easily find the address, and there is a bus stop nearby with direct routes to the city center.

Was a great stay for me and my family at the Villa, it's amazing and facilities are perfect. Jasmina and Ana are great Hosts, perfect hospitality and quick response at all times.

Great location, especially if you work in the K Disrict. Grocery and food options at your finger tips. Would definitely stay here again.

Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock eines der Gebäude an der Waterfront. Daher hat man keinen Durchgangsverkehr an der Terasse. Touristische Gegend, aber nicht unangenehmer Art, im Gegenteil sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ordentlich, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder, der Platz hat gut ausgereicht. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt ist der Pool und das Spielzimmer ein Highlight. Das Spielzimmer im 2. Stock ist für eher kleinere Kinder ausgelegt. Die anderen haben wir nicht besucht. Die Angestellten im Haus sind sehr freundlich und nett. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage können über den Vermieter angefragt werden. Man hat dann mit dem Aufzug direkten Zugang ins Gebäude. Es fahren Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Wir waren mit dem Auto (Parken in Belgrad ist übel!) und Taxi oder zu Fuß unterwegs. Zu Fuß in die Altstadt ca. 20 min. Alles in allem für uns ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

This apartment is a perfect place to stay while in Belgrade! The location has many great cafes and restaurants right next to the building and a big mall in a walking distance. Highly recommended!

Milos place was great. It is very modern and updated. The house is great inside and out, The pool and the outdoors are highlight of the house. We had a great time.

Great place to stay! Beautifull sights and very secluded. It was a bit of rougj terrain and not in walking distance of much things, but it was verry worthwhile experience.

Super maison, très confortable. Bon emplacement, une quinzaine de minutes du centre en voiture. Hôte très accueillante, il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin à l'intérieur !

Very friendly host, beautiful nature and in the same time close to the fast road from airport, about 20 min to the city center. Very convenient house for group of colleagues or family.

Uroš’s place was amazing — spotlessly clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. He’s an incredibly friendly and welcoming host, and we felt right at home from the start.

This is a very well designed, modern and functional studio. The apartment is very clean (which i liked most) and everything in the apartment is brand new (furniture, bed, sheets, kitchen equipments etc.). Also it is in a very nice neighborhood and the neighborhood seems safe. The host, Irena, is extremely helpful and speaks English very well.

Whenever I visit Beograd, I prefer to stay at this place. Owner is really helpful and polite, ready to help at any time and really does his best. The apartment is really comfortable, everything works, everything is clean. Strongly recommend!

Great place to stay, close enough to the city center and Dragan is a wonderful host!

Wir sind sehr froh für unseren Mädls-Trip die Wohnung von Teodora gefunden zu haben. Die Unterkunft war für unseren Kurztrip perfekt. Gute Lage für Ausflüge, gute Frühstücks- und Essenslokale und kleine Supermärkte in Gehnähe. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie in den Bildern und in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Sauber, geräumig und gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein eigenes Badezimmer, das war perfekt. Teodora war eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank Teodora, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten ein paar tolle Tage bei dir. Wir würden definitiv wieder buchen 😊

Aleksandar est un hôte parfait, souriant, à l’écoute et disponible. Il nous a accueilli en personne pour nous montrer l’appartement et nous donner quelques conseils. L’appartement est très bien placé dans un quartier très agréable de Belgrade. La chambre donne sur cour, donc calme. Il y’a une place de parking dans cette même cour, à l’ombre d’un arbre, ce qui est très pratique voire quasi indispensable si vous venez ou louez une voiture. Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour tout type de séjour - long ou court. Seul bémol est qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, ce qui peut être embêtant pour une personne âgée. Merci !

The apartment is exactly as shown on the photos. Very clean, spacious and perfectly located in the heart of Vracar. Many restaurants and shops nearby. We were a group of 5 and we had a plenty of space. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back
