The Apartment Tea is a cozy apartment in a new building. The building is secured with a modern electronic entrance door and elevator. There are parking spaces in front of the building where parking is done on a "first come first served" basis. There is almost always a free parking space. My guests will be checked in online at the police station. Apartment is within a walking distance to the city centre (2 km to Saint Marks Church) and is well connected with trams. Nearby is a market, bakeries, rastaurants. The main street called Bulevar kralja Aleksandra is very famous street with lots of shops, cafes and historical buildings. My apartment is in an old building, on the 3. floor (by serbian standards high ground floor is uncountable), no elevator.
