Hiking trails nearby. Close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley. 15 min. from Lamotte-Beuvron Equestrian Park (FFE). Reservation desired for the full period as part of the championships. Sologne of the "Bontens" ponds

Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.

Located 20 minutes from Chambord and Lamotte-Beuvron , the homeland of Tatin tarte, the half-timbered outbuilding is located in a 5 ha park overlooking one of the ponds, itself included in a vast estate.
