The cottage (85 m²) is located in a former barn, 5 km from Neuville-aux-Bois. Fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) 3 bedrooms (3 single beds, 2 queen beds). Terrace, private garden with no overlooking neighbours, BBQ, boats/paddle boats, fishing, large covered playground, table football, table tennis, musical instruments (drums, guitars, synth, djembes) Flexible hours.

Château de Chambord 20 km away. The house is accessible from Beaugency train station on foot, possibility to store bicycles in the basement or to park your car very easily. Benefiting from one of the most beautiful views of the Loire, this family home allows you to come and recharge your batteries (2 hours from the center of Paris by car).

Welcome to Moulin de la Motte Baudoin ! This former windmill from the late 19th century is perched on its rocky promontory and will surprise you with its stunning view of the valley as well as the Château de Saint-Aignan-sur-Cher. The mill is spread over 3 levels and a mezzanine. On the ground floor, you have a small kitchen equipped with a wood stove, on the 1st, the bathroom takes place, on the second, the bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and finally a mezzanine under attic.

It is independent of our main residence and ideally located in Lamotte Beuvron just minutes from the Federal Horseback Riding Park, Center Parcs and the city center with its restaurants and shops. In our region, you can also discover iconic places such as the Château de Chambord, Cheverny or the Beauval Zoo.

Small air-conditioned house and completely renovated in 2021–2022 with internet. It is located in a quiet hamlet, close to the beautiful sites of the region (Beauval 35 minutes away), Château de la Loire and Center Parcs. The accommodation is composed of a living room/kitchen, a bathroom, a large bedroom upstairs with toilet. Guests can also enjoy a garden (sun loungers, barbecue, garden furniture).
