Camille welcomes you to this charming 25 m2 studio located on Saint Jean de Braye, 900 m from tram B. Ideally located 10 minutes from downtown Orléans. accommodation not overlooked, composed of a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove, nespresso coffee maker, kettle… A bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, TV, dressing room, walk-in shower. Linens and towels are provided. Garden in front of the house. Parking outside or in the yard if needed.

Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.
