Il est situé en rez de jardin, dans la partie basse de notre maison. L'entrée se fait de manière totalement indépendante ce qui permet de préserver l'intimité de chacun. Il ne dispose pas de la climatisation mais garde la fraîcheur lors des périodes de forte chaleur.
