Really nice 1bd house in a nice neighborhood, close to everything you need and a short bus ride to Athens metro system. Reasonable price and nice owners. Recommend.

Our stay at this accommodation was very pleasant. The fully fenced property offers security and privacy, and the multiple private parking spaces are super convenient. The location is perfect: Athens is quickly accessible by car, and everything needed can be found locally as well. The accommodation is well-equipped, and John had the nice gesture of providing us with basic essentials and snacks. John's service deserves particular mention. He responds very quickly to inquiries and is very helpful. He had already provided comprehensive information in advance, so most of our questions were already answered. A good recommendation for anyone who values comfort and good service.

My profile indicates I've now stayed at 134 AirBnb's over the past 13 years. Of these, there are perhaps five that were stunning surprises in the much-better-than-expected quality of the lodging. Of those five, this one was right near the top. The newly-constructed studio apartment is attached to the lower part of the main house with its own entry and veranda with a stunning view of the ocean. Fixtures and furnishings are luxury hotel quality and Katarina, the hostess, is also a fabulous cook who will provide dinners at an amazingly reasonable cost, delivered to your veranda! I just needed a place to stay between flights but wish I had planned a week here. Very modern bathroom with the greatest shower I can remember! Absolutely gorgeous and private accommodation, highly recommend.

The place is very warm, beautifully decorated, and perfectly equipped. The terrace offers a beautiful view, and the area is very peacful while still being close to a main road that provides easy access. I especially appreciated the mosquito screens on all the windows, such a thoughtful and practical detail. The kitchen is also very well equipped. The hosts were very welcoming and kind. A big thank you to Vic for his help and for driving me at the beginning of my stay. And to top it all off, a little black and white cat came by from time to time, adding a sweet touch to the sejour. Thank you again for the warm welcome and this lovely stay!

We were a party of 7 and had an incredible stay at Gina’s home. She and Vasileious were there to greet us and do a brief walk through of the house when we arrived. Everything was extremely well-thought out, the keyless entry, the passcodes, separate bath and beach towels, cold water, coffee, snacks and fruit - even the basic pharmacy, first aid cupboard!! The home was meticulously cleaned and had beautiful artwork that made us feel right at home. The outdoor spaces were well-manicured and offered both gathering space for the large group, and also small areas to enjoy alone! Gina and Vasilieous were kind, generous, thoughtful and informative! We HIGHLY recommend them as hosts and to stay in this beautiful home.

Katerina was an amazing host! She is very proactive and quick to respond! She accommodated all of our requests very quickly. The house is very spacious and modern equipped with everything needed to have beautiful time there. We enjoyed the pool and the terraces despite the mosquitoes. Katerina provided mosquito repellents too!

This place was perfect for our large family. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of communal space. Oksana quickly responded to any queries that we had. We would definitely stay again.

The House was Perfect for a group of 9 Girls and Krassy was a Great Host. Commuting to the City (with Traffic which occurs mostly) via Taxi (which is very cheap) takes up to 40 Minutes but Beach area and Beach Clubs are super close to the House, which is why the Location is the Perfect Spot to have it Both: sightseeing in the City and Beaching! Thanks, we can fully recommend and would be happy to be back soon!

Highly recommended stay in Athens. Large beautiful home, well stocked, and very enjoyable space for a family. Indoor pool was lots of fun. Plenty of room to spread out and relax while being a short walk from many of the city's top attractions. Great communication from the Ma Maison team.

The host treated us very well! Was always reachable, flexible with the checkin time, supported us with transportation during a taxi strike. She was very kind and gave us nice restaurant tips! The house was clean and included everything you need for a nice trip! Thanks a lot and until next time :-)

Beautiful home with lovely outdoor area. Well located in the southern suburbs close to beach bars, restaurants and less than 30mins from the airport.

The house is beautiful, truly. It does have everything you need. Great especially for a larger party than just my husband and I, but we enjoyed it. From the views, the pool, the elevator, and all the space...it was wonderful. It is only 25 mins from everything - athens, the ports, Poseidon, etc. Felt nice to be away from people and traffic by staying at this home. We enjoyed the towns nearby and dinner at XH MA (delicious]! We drove to a station 15 mins away and then rode the metro to Athens. Quick and inexpensive. I was asked if I would stay there again,as we have stayed at many airbnbs. The answer is yes. There were some issues with check in, but they allowed us in early. Some areas of the home needed small bits of attention, which they quickly said they would fix (and from prior reviews...they had fixed issues prior), so I trust 100% they will. They asked for a 5 rating, but I will be honest...the HOME is a 5, and with a few tweaks in mgmt it will soar as a 5 without asking.

We had a beautiful vacation staying at Ellie’s place as a matter of fact we rented this location twice this summer. Very private location yet near everything needed to truly relax.

Peaceful place if you wanna be out of Athens center. House is almost 50min from Athens center I will definitely come back cause I love peace

There are hardly words to describe our experience here. Dimitri’s was such a welcoming host! He catered to our early check in, offered us recommendations for our retreat, checked in regularly about our experience. He recommended Niko’s, a local chef to serve for us at our experience and it was extraordinary. Local meats and plenty flavours, thoughtful arrangements, and a very kind heart. We thoroughly enjoyed having Niko’s and Anna around during our stay. Finally, you’re close enough to where it matters but far enough removed that you get to have the privacy and seclusion much needed during the busy months. I cannot recommend this home enough. 10/10.

Villa Sabia was a perfect Air BnB experience ! Villa Sabia is immaculately appointed and absolutely spotless throughout. The environment and experience is much more of a high quality home than a just a place to stay for holiday or business. It is easy to immediately relax and start to enjoy Varkiza and its surroundings. Varkiza has everything for a relaxing beach vacation, and the pool at Villa Sabia is excellent. It was difficult to leave the pool and journey outside some days ! Anna is a super caring and amazing hostess. It is clear that she is super proud of her property and really wants you and your guests to enjoy your stay in Greece as much as possible. Anna has lived in the area all her life and is very happy to recommend places to visit, traditional or modern restaurants, the best or some hidden beaches. I strongly advise discussing your plans with her to make the most of your stay. Overall a fabulous place to stay with true Greek welcoming experience. Thank You !

Immensely enjoyed our time at Ketty's place. We did not have a car but could quickly walk to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. The home itself is well loved and it shows in the cleanliness and decor and thoughtful touches. We particularly loved all of the outdoor seating and the outdoor fireplace for grilling. It's also kid-friendly and our boy had a wonderful time exploring the grounds and cleaning leaves and olives out of the pool :)

The place was truly amazing. A cosy house and beautiful garden with lots of little cute corners to sit around and enjoy the view. Effi and her husband made sure everything was there for us, they even installed a baby bed and thought about which room was the warmest for our baby. They were super friendly and also bought us some beers and a sweet bread. Thank you so much! We would definitely recommend staying here.
