The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

The region is a paradise for nature and sports enthusiasts: numerous hiking, cycling, and swimming opportunities await, as well as nearby ski lifts and toboggan runs. In the neighboring towns of Rorschach, Heiden, and St. Gallen, you'll find a variety of shopping options and restaurants to suit all tastes.

The flat comes with a huge balcony / terrace from where you can see the Säntis (part of the Aplstein massif) and the historic village of Rehetobel. The flat itself has an ancient tiled stove, but modern heating as well. You can reach the village centre and the shop in a few minutes afoot. A small up-hill stroll grants you with a fantastic view of the Alpstein massif and Lake Constance. The village and near surroundings offer quite some restaurants, hiking paths and the like.

The village centre (public transport, bakery and pizzeria) can be reached on foot in two minutes and is the starting pint for many activities in the region.

Anita's country experience is a nice cozy farmhouse, perfect for families. This sunny farmhouse is located a little off the beaten track in a quiet environment! Just a few minutes' drive to Lake Constance, St. Gallen and Heiden! Restaurants and shops are nearby! A hiking trail is very close! You can walk to the famous Gasthaus Gupf! Anitas Landerlebnis is located on a sunny hill, with beautiful open views of the Appenzellerland!

Einrichtung ist leider nicht kleinkindgerecht.

This small, fine 1.5-room maisonette apartment is located in a converted barn from the 16th century in the picturesque Vienna Tobel in the Appenzellerland. The love of art is palpable in the apartment. Quiet location in the middle of the countryside, above Lake Constance. The place is pleasantly sleepy and ideal for relaxing. Rorschach-Heiden-Bergbahn station is a 5-minute walk away.

Quiet beautiful furnished flat

Feel comfortable in our flat. The apartment has a separate entrance and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private parking space available. The next bus stop is 200 meters away, the train station Rebstein-Marbach is 1.5 kilometers away. Grocery stores are 5 min (bakery) and 10 min (supermarket) away. Extra mattress for one child is available.

Vacation home small but nice

Our house is located on the edge of the village center. A large old birch is the landmark in our garden. The stately wooden house was built 140 years ago in the Biedermeier style and has changed little in all these years. It still reflects a forward-looking and cosmopolitan generation. In this sense, we welcome guests from near and far.

Whether for a short break, or a longer time, this very nice newly renovated apartment for 2 to maximum 4 people fits - In the immediate vicinity is Altenrhein Airport, the border to Austria and Germany, as well as Lake Constance. A bus stop is right in front of the house. Rheineck train station is about 1.5 km away.
