Holiday rentals with a patio in Volos

We really enjoyed our stay in the flat!

I had a fantastic stay! The arrival was completely straightforward and George primarily sends all the information in great detail - you can't do better, thank you! I had the Frieda Kahlo room. Apart from the fact that the room has been decorated beautifully and with a lot of dedication, the house itself is also very modern and in the best location. I absolutely loved that you don't need keys for the house as everyone works with code. Everything is easily accessible on foot. I had left my rental car in the garage the entire time. The garage is actually very close and the parking lot is large. Lastly, it should be emphasized that George is very interested in the well-being of the guests. He regularly asks if everything is okay and even delivered a bottle of wine shortly before departure. Greek hospitality as it stands in the beech! Volos is a great city and I will definitely come back!

Excellent experience! The apartment is one of the newest and most modern that I have ever stayed! All very clean and organized, a decoration of great quality, perfect environment, the air conditioning heats up enough, the curtains with light shielding are perfect for those who want to sleep until later , the soundproofing very good! I recommend this apartment.

Exceptional hospitality from Mrs. Lena and Mr. Apostolos!! Everything is flawless in the home. Nice welcome and information and also informed us about the area since it was our first time in Volos. But the most important thing is that they were there to help us when we needed them for a personal issue that came up with us. Thank you so much for everything, of course we'll make sure to repeat our trip as soon as possible and have us back!!

Beautiful house, clean and tidy very good location very close to the center.

Nice and well-equipped apartment, great for families with small children, beautiful location and with a wonderful small private beach. Giorgos is a helpful host who responds quickly. It's close to nice restaurants in Lefokastro but you will need a vehicle since the nearest store is a couple of kilometers away.

Great place and very accommodating and helpful host. The place has a beautiful yard and a nice citrus backgarden. All necessary appliances and supplies were provided in abundance. And bonus a really comfortable bed. Thank you Apostolia!

The house was beautiful and spotless clean! Just as it looked in the photos. Anastasia very kind & helpful. Fully stocked for breakfast and coffee. The yard and the view were beautiful. Very important that there was private parking and even more importantly that pets are allowed. I highly recommend this place. It's exactly as it looks in the photos and in person even better. I will definitely prefer it again!!!

The house was decorated very well, and felt right at home. Everything was as clean as it gets and looked exactly like the listing. There is a park nearby that adds a peaceful sense. Ekaterina was very friendly & responsive, and was keen on making us feel comfortable.

There are no words for the view ..at least amazing! The space is clean and thoughtful ! The landlord communicates instantly to give directions to the house as it needs some guidance if you don't know the area. It would be better to create a guide map and plan the route and a keybox to make it easier for guests who are not available for frequent phone communication and don't know exactly the time of arrival at the listing. I had an amazing stay at Dimitris' Airbnb in the heart of Volos! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the city center, with everything just a short walk away. The apartment itself was spot on; clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a great stay. Dimitris was an exceptional host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. One of the highlights was the fantastic full breakfast, which made the mornings even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Volos. Would definitely stay here again!

The space is exactly as shown in the photos. Spotless , well-maintained, and extra surprises from the host with a personal touch!!! The only thing there is like a thorn is that the GPS can't take it off like an address because it's a dead-end street and doesn't pick it up. But that's NOT an omission from the host. However, the host was very communicative and willing to help us find it!

The host Aλικη was very accommodating and responded to my messages immediately. I felt very comfortable in the accommodation at all times. The next time I visit Volos I will check again to see if Aλικη's loft is available!

Floor apartment very close to the center of Volos and suitable in a quiet area. Comfortable that made us feel at home. The host greeted us, not like renters but as her beloved relatives. Her attitude towards us was really touching. We thank her and wish her all the best to her and her family.

Cozy, clean, and warm! Easy parking with a quiet neighborhood. The host is responsive. The only downside that it's on the 2nd floor without an elevator.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! First of all, the impeccable cleanliness of the place made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The view from the house is simply stunning, a true haven of peace that invites relaxation. The hosts were incredibly kind and always available to answer our questions and provide us with tips about the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the location is perfect, close to Volos, allowing us to enjoy both the tranquility of the place and the easy access to the city. We highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!

It was all fantastic! I highly recommend. The host is incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. No matter what I asked her about the area or any questions I had about the apartment, she responded immediately and with a great Eugenia.
