A swimming pool is available from June to the end of August, with a view of the vineyards. Access is through the garage door next to the apartment. We welcome you to a detached house and in a very private environment without a view, 300 meters from the ramparts. You will have a 1000 m2 garden in the city center, a heated swimming pool (the temperature is generally between 26°C and 28°C but we cannot guarantee this temperature in case of very unfavorable weather) and free and secure covered parking for one vehicle. We no longer accept young children due to bad experiences.

I would have great pleasure to welcome you to my house, located in a large wooded garden which you can enjoy at your leisure. You will be only a few minutes from the renowned villages of the Burgundy vineyard, Chassage, Meursault, Pommard, Beaune and just as close to several greenways (canal du center, bicycle-route). You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.
