Charming 60 m2 apartment completely renovated in 2022. It is located in the heart of the Historic Monuments of Paray-le-Monial and close to all amenities (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants...). Thanks to its private and free parking, it is possible to do everything on foot: 200 m from the basilica, 50 m from the Hiéron Museum, 250 m from the Parc des Chapelins. Perfect for hosting couples, family, friends, workers. You have two bedrooms with 5 beds (possibility of adding a crib).

Logement est situé à proximité du centre-ville, dans une zone commerciale, c'est un Loft style industriel de 100 m2. Parking avec portail. Environnement calme entre le canal et la Bourbince. Notre capacité d'accueil est de 4 adultes (1 lit double et 1 canapé convertible), 1 enfant ou 1 adulte ( 1 lit simple) et 1 bébé (1 lit bébé), en si besoin et à la demande un matelas gonflable King size peut être rajouter dans le salon ou dans une des chambre. Le canapé du bas n’est non convertible.
