You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a Senseo coffee maker, hot water pot, mini-fridge, and microwave, but no hot plate. Central heating, outdoor lighting and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

Its entrance is independent in a closed courtyard (useful for bicycles if necessary). The staircase to access the apartment is to the right of the entrance gate. Completely renovated by me, I worked hard to make it comfortable and warm. A covered terrace, with no neighbours overlooking, will provide you with a cosy space for sharing good times. 😊
