The modern and comfortable apartment for up to four guests was renovated and equipped to a high standard in December 2017. A few minutes' walk from the main train station, it is located in the most beautiful district of Untermhaus between the river and the city forest! All pictures hung in the apartment are originals by local, regional and European artists and can be purchased! A fully automatic washer-dryer will be purchased for the next rental of 1 month or longer.

The small apartment is located in the middle of a gardening property on the ground floor of the landlord's house. The access is via a paved dirt road. The entrance is accessible via the rear courtyard. By car you can drive almost directly to the front door, through the idyllic garden area and the kitchen garden. Attention: In summer, parking is limited by falling apples (under apple tree). In front of the property is a parking space that can also be used.

In the attic (room height 2 m) of a single-family house quietly located apartment. You can be in a beautiful nature reserve in a short time, or discover the beautiful city of Plauen 1 km away. Karlovy Vary, Mariánské Lázně, Františkovy Lázně, Dresden and Leipzig are also possible as a day trip destination. The house has a garden that guests can also use. A grill is available on request. On request, the sauna located in the house can be used.

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

In the middle of the Thuringian Highlands Nature Park, on the foothills of the Thuringian Forest, the dammed Saale meanders here for a length of 28 km to the dam in Gräfenwarth. Perfect for boating, fishing, standup paddling, swimming, hiking and cycling.
