NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

We rent a fully furnished and very cozy gallery apartment in a quiet location. In the lower area is the living and dining area as well as access to the bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area with double bed on the upper floor (glazed gallery). The kitchenette contains everything you need to cook. In the garage under the apartment is the washing machine as well as space for bikes, skis... E-bikes can be loaded.

Great mobile home with a lot of attention to detail. Highly recommended. There were four of us and we felt very comfortable. The nearest swimming area is about 2 km from the hut, so we travelled the distance by car because of our luggage. However, there are also bicycles available. We liked it: - Lovingly furnished mobile home - attentive host: including water in the refrigerator, shade set up + air conditioning activated in the hut - very clean - Small items, such as dishwashing detergent, sponge, shower gel, etc. were available - Easy check-in

We stayed as a family of four in the apartment for four nights and felt very comfortable right from the beginning. Our host Petra greeted us very nicely and even a small bouquet of flowers was prepared as attention in the kitchen. The apartment was very clean and modernly furnished. Good connection for day trips such as Lake Tegernsee or Therme Erding. Thank you for the wonderful time…

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was perfect: very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location is ideal and quiet. Communication with the host was excellent – fast, friendly and helpful. Even with a small misunderstanding, they responded very courteously. That's what you want as a guest! Overall, absolutely recommended and definitely worth every cent. We will be happy to come back!
