The house surrounds a 5000 m² large and fenced plot and is ideal for families with children , groups or animal lovers. Shopping facilities, banks, post office, restaurants, beach, etc. can be found in the nearby and very popular fishing village, Fažana (about 5 minutes by car). You can reach the nearest supermarket in 15 minutes on foot and the sea in 25 minutes on foot.
