Tsvetelina's place is very nice: next to the beach on a quiet location, a 20 minute walk to the town of Primorsko. It is located in a hotel, so it has a nice swimming pool and a great restaurant. All rooms have their own AC. Free street parking available.

Fabulous place and great hosts! Ferdinand was very responsive and helpful and answered many of my random questions. The host showed great flexibility throughout our stay. Andrea was very helpful as well and gave us many local tips. She even helped us to locate my lost phone! The cottage itself is lovely, with plenty of space outdoors for kids to play and for adults to chill. The kitchen is decent-sized and well-equipped with a BBQ outside. There was always on-street parking and plenty of beaches around. The outside hot tub is a must!

This is our secind time staying at this gorgeous villa. We love the location, the house is fantastic - even better than the photos! The outside area is lovely and the whole interior has winderfully thoughtful touches - beach towels, lights, shampoo, lovely bedding! We will come again! Thank you for everything, Lorraine and Andy!

We loved staying at Anita's house. It was a great size for a family of 5. The garden in particular was lovely. We went to all the local beaches (one walkable, the others we drove) and enjoyed the chill vibe of the village for dinner and ice cream. Anita and her husband were very friendly and responsive and helped us with local recommendations. Thank you so much Anita!

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The place met our expectations and had all the amenities we needed. We particularly enjoyed the seaside view from the balcony. The underground parking lot is a great plus. The host was friendly, accommodating and responsive.

Very nice, quiet accommodation very close to the fantastic sea garden and the Black Sea beach. The unit is located on the 5th floor but has a very well functioning, reliable elevator. A house full of nice, kind people, you feel very comfortable here. It is cleaned weekly and upon arrival it was spotlessly clean. Hostess communication is absolutely great. Highly recommended for people with dogs. There is plenty of parking right in front of the house. If I have to visit this beautiful Burgas and Bulgaria again, then only here.

The place was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. Valentin was very helpful. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Sozopol. Would love to stay here again!
