Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

Zorica was a fantastic host. She gave wonderful recommendations that she tailored specifically for our family, including great suggestions of beaches and water activities for our children. She even recommended a lovely village and restaurant to stop at on the way to our next location. The house was beautiful and clean and had everything that we required, with air conditioning in the main rooms and a lovely pool. We would definitely recommend this house and host and it was great to visit such a beautiful area of Croatia. Thank you.

Our vacation in this house was just great. The house is very nice and decorated with a lot of love. The pool is great and is cleaned daily. The terraces offer plenty of space and are all great. The house is exactly as described. All things, such as soap, sponges, oil and much more are new. It all looked like no one had ever been there. Everything was very clean and you feel right at home. Just beautiful. The area is quiet, but you can get everywhere quickly by car. In the village there is a small stand that always has fresh fruit and vegetables. It's worth supporting. But the best part is the landlords. The two take care of everything. They are always ready to give tips and you are also provided with treats in between. They're both super nice. Overall, I highly recommend this place. That was certainly not our last time.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

We were very lucky to spend our holidays in this beautiful house in Rovinj, and it was undoubtedly the most beautiful cottage we have ever been to. The garden is a true oasis – lovingly maintained, with many shaded places that invite you to linger. Our kids spent every day in the pool and had an incredible amount of fun. The house itself is superbly equipped. The attention to detail and the high comfort make the stay particularly pleasant. Everything has been thought of here to give guests a perfect holiday. The location is ideal: the house offers a lot of privacy, and yet you are close enough to town to reach everything comfortably. All the important things for everyday needs are very close. A big thank you also to the landlady, who was available to help us at all times. Her warmth and helpfulness made our stay even more beautiful.

Tanja and Darko welcomed us in a loving way. Smiling and always available, they gave us all the useful information to explore the area and pampered us by offering us products from their territory and an excellent snack prepared by Tanja. The accommodation is extremely well-kept and very clean, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, parking and a small fenced garden perfect for travelling with your dog. Located in a quiet and convenient area, the sea is just a few minutes' walk away. A minimarket, bakery and restaurant are also within walking distance. Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!!

Beautiful house with modern amenities. Everything was spotless. And there was air conditioning in every room.

As you can see on the map, the cottage is located in a small village relatively away from big cities or the coast. Nevertheless, there are plenty of shopping facilities and sights in the immediate vicinity. The house is detached with a large property, so there are no directly adjacent neighbors. The outdoor area is well equipped with lounge chairs, jacuzzi, gas grill and terrace with seating. There is also a parking space right in front of the house. The interior design also leaves nothing to be desired: all rooms are fully equipped (small hair dryer available contrary to the description), offer enough storage space and were found very clean. For purposes such as cooking, washing and cleaning, there is also everything necessary in the house. The two hosts, Nenad and Valentina, are very friendly and helpful and gave us direct tips about the area and the accommodation after the key handover. They were always available for any questions. All in all, a great stay with a very good price. We were very happy to have chosen this accommodation. Clear recommendation.

My new happy place! The fact that this place is somewhat remote makes it even more perfect! It’s calming and peaceful and idyllic. The hosts are lovely and gave us a tour of the home and its history with some local recommendations and welcome drinks. Felt right at home in the beautiful decor and the beds were super comfy. The pool was great…clean and bigger than we were expecting. We loved every minute of our time here it’s the perfect place to relax and forget about your troubles. Nearest shop is roughly 6 mins by car. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again in fact we’re already planning our next visit!

Charming house with great location and responsive hosts...

We really enjoyed our stay! We were looking for a quiet and private accommodation where you can just relax, without noise and very secluded. We found exactly what we were looking for! The surrounding fields and country roads were very beautiful and quiet. The bathroom was clean, the house itself was rather dark, but also clean. The host responded extremely quickly to all messages. The instructions to get to the house and check in were awesome, everything was very well explained! Thank you so much for a lovely stay, would love to stay again!

Beautiful house and nature. Peace and quiet, privacy. We enjoyed Lidia's house, it's nicer than the pictures. The house is well-equipped and has everything you need, the pool is great size, the kids enjoyed it. The larger room is a chilly climate is not necessary at all, we even lightly covered ourselves. We enjoyed the view from the terrace most. I definitely recommend this place, we would also love to come back again.

The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. A Magical Stay in the Heart of Grožnjan! I've stayed at Airbnbs all over the world, and this place is easily one of the best I've experienced. The beautifully designed and decorated apartment, set in the heart of this enchanting medieval town, is truly magical and incredibly romantic. The upstairs bedroom, complete with a luxurious tub, feels like a dream. The attention to detail is remarkable—nothing about this space feels like a rental. It’s clear the owners spared no expense in making it special. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The communication was seamless, and the warm welcome, felt right at home. A bonus for those arriving by car: secured parking is available, which is a rare and much-appreciated feature in this area where parking can be tricky. It might sound like I’m gushing, but I promise I’m not exaggerating! I can’t imagine anyone giving this place less than 5 stars. Part of me wants to keep it a secret, but that wouldn't be fair, it deserves mention.

Great house with pool on peaceful location.

I absolutely love this dreamy, well-equipped, and spacious house in Motovun. The location is magical – overlooking hills, vineyards, and the valley. Communication with Lotte was as always warm and easygoing. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Istria. Highly recommended!

A grand property stretching over four floors. Rooms were spacious and well furnished. A beautiful garden and terrace equipped with a state of the art BBQ and pizza oven. Bathrooms were a particular feature of this house. Overall a well equipped kitchen. The house lies within the traffic free zone of the impressive hilltop village of Motovun but parking nearby was never a problem. We enjoyed a great week in this house with its easy access to numerous walking routes in a quiet, unspoiled part of the world. Our hosts were friendly and responsive to our needs.

Our stay at Bella Casa exceeded our hopes and expectations and we had a wonderful time. Ivana, Patrik, Andrea and Marco were the perfect hosts who were friendly, welcoming, helpful and very generous in making sure we had everything we needed and more! We were so appreciative of the wine, drinks and snacks on arrival and the gifts of fresh fruit and vegetables they gave us during our stay. The villa was very well equipped and the private swimming pool, table tennis table and dart board were well used and enjoyed! The mobile bakery that drove by three times a week was great too, so we always had fresh bread and we got far too used to having a chocolate doughnut for breakfast! But walking and running on the nearby Perenzana trail helped justify it! It’s such a beautiful area. We did a combination of self catering and eating out, using helpful recommendations provided by Ivana. We wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful family farm! The home was spotless, comfortable, and so relaxing. The pool was clean and inviting, and the hosts were warm and attentive. We especially loved the sweet donkey—it made our visit extra special. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this peaceful retreat to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!
