Cette maison modulable s'adapte à vos besoins, que vous voyagiez seul, en couple, en famille ou entre amis. Elle est également idéale pour les groupes de travailleurs en déplacement. Nous ajustons l'espace pour garantir tout le confort nécessaire selon le nombre de personnes pour un séjour agréable et reposant. Au plaisir de vous accueillir ici !

At extra cost, bath and hand towels can be available for a fee of €5/person, payable upon arrival. 25 minutes from the Le Mans 24H circuit and 25 km from Saint Léonard des Bois. A28 motorway access within 10 minutes. Room for bike storage.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers.
