Lover of a stay in the countryside, come and discover this newly renovated stone family home, located in a quiet and peaceful hamlet at an altitude of 950m, on the borders of the Loire, Haute Loire and Puy de Dôme departments. The rural village of Usson-en-Forez is 3kms away and has all the essential shops as well as a cinema. A weekly market is held every Sunday morning. Discover: its ecomuseum, its tourist train, its body of water and its hiking and mountain biking trails.

Le gîte est situé à la campagne dans un hameau calme et paisible. Il est mitoyen de la maison des propriétaires . Il a une entrée indépendante avec balcon .Vous serez proches des commerces et des différents services. Le gîte est tout équipé pour 4 personnes : 2 chambres avec lit de 140 cm, salle de bain et cuisine équipée. Le linge de lit et de toilette n'est pas fourni. En période hivernale un supplément de 5 € par jour pour le chauffage vous sera demandé à votre arrivée.

The loft is furnished, with authenticity, in the former Moulin Chandy, adjoining our house, in a quiet and relaxing natural site, on the banks of the small river "Champdieu", in the town of Usson-en-Forez, 5 km from the village and its shops. This place is ideal to recharge your batteries, at the confluence of the Loire, Haute-Loire and Puy-de-Dôme departments. There are plenty of walking trails on site and it is possible to cool off in the river, or even to fish.

We rent our country house with a small enclosed plot in a peaceful village 10 minutes from Craponne-sur-Arzon, Viverols, 20 minutes from La Chaise-Dieu, 45 minutes from Puy-en-Velay, 1 hour from St Etienne. House located in a hamlet in the countryside between Monts du Forez and Gorges de la Loire, 20 minutes from Saint Etienne and Saint-Bonnet-Le-Château, about 1 hour from Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, 1 hour 15 minutes from Puy en Velay, come and rest, hike or mountain bike, many paths from the cottage.
