The House is located at Central Zagori (960m elevation) with a view of Vikos Canyon and surrounding villages. After half an hour drive from IOANNINA, you’ll find yourself in a place where the only sounds come from the singing birds, the crystal clear running waters and the rustle of the wind as it flows through the lush trees surrounding the house. This small studio is perfect for visitors who want a cheap, warm place to stay and use it as a base to explore the nature around Konitsa. It's not a spacious place (20 square meters) where many people can stay comfortable and spend many hours in it, but for 2-3 people who want to be outdoor, most of time active and have a small budget, is perfect Not far from the house (from 5' to 1+ hour) you will find nice places like Zagori, Voidomatis and Aoos river, Vikos gorge and Smolikas mountain.

The stones used in the construction of this house were all handpicked by the home owners and all the decorative items are family heirlooms up to 5 generations back.
