Why not drop your bags with us during a champagne getaway! Our house with garden is nestled in the heart of the Côte des Bar in a Champagne village crossed by the Seine, awarded 4 flowers. Amenities: butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle charging station, bread delivery 2 km (Gyé/Seine). Multisport field and children's games 300 m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir Museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland, lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linen included. Wi-Fi (fiber) throughout the house.

You are also 35 minutes from the city of Troyes and all the activities it contains, factory outlets, old town of Troyes, 5 minutes from the Ermitage golf course and 10 minutes from the highway.

In the town of ETROCHEY in Côte d'Or, the Moulin sur la Seine, equipped with a wellness area with SPA and SAUNA open to nature, is ideally located 6 km from all shops. This mill, from the 18th century, is built on an arm of the Seine. Ground floor: Large equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms with fireplace and musical piano, bathroom and toilet. A 2-step walk from the center and a 10-minute walk to the lake, our DienVilla will offer you all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay and to discover all the riches of our region. A little nod and pun about the name we chose for our house. In 864 the village of Dienville was called Dienvilla!!

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.
