Super well-kept house, very nice, small but comfortable, with new appliances, in a condominium with good infrastructure. Very attentive and helpful hosts, always willing to answer questions and help. The location is great, close to the mall and other amenities.

I can't imagine how a person can give in to a stranger like us (tenants) a space of yours, so organized, personalized, where everything is organized, you know that someone lives there and this someone gave you his space for a value, which I found derisory in relation to everything that was offered to us… Super pleasant experience in knowing that there are people who still trust other… Let them continue to offer the best and may God bless and repay them.

The location is great and the host always request a lot.

I had no direct contact with Rony, but Mazinho, it was excellent, responded quickly, had a faucet dripping, soon it was tidy, needed a stall to iron clothes, it was immediately provided a brand-new stand, lacked the hygienic shower in the bathroom, the same way it was arranged!!! Dou nota 10 for everything!! The 2 caretakers of the building were very attentive!!! Super recommend 👏👏👏👏👏

Comfort and amenities corresponded to the listing, all very practical, fast, unrolled and extremely comfortable.

Our night at Paulo's went very well. The space was clean, with all the amenities needed and as described. The development is secure, the pool is large and beautiful and access to the gym and sauna are big plus. Paulo is a kind and responsive host.
